I love the interior decorations and the smooth vibes of the place, which makes simply entering the door an adventure. They have acoustic music here in the evening, I believe on Thursdays. The coffee is alright, not really that great, but I still think this place is worth checking out!
EXCELLENT coffee and drink selection! Pricey, but that's normal in a coffee house, I guess. We drove over from Columbus, OH because The Bloody Muffs, a punk band from New York City, were playing a Friday afternoon matinee show and it was a great experience!
Carmella Mardella, that's the coffee I choose. It was delicious, the atmosphere is quaint. Natural light doesn't reach all the through. Paintings adorn the wall ranging from 20 dollars to the upper 100s. Seems more of a youth hangout. For those who know what it is, it does have CBD infused drinks for an added 2 dollars. The 4 stars is only because I feel I haven't seen it at its peak. So I dont want to assume.
Great coffee and great place to hang out. Love the decor and they sell local artists works on the walls. Been coming here for years and the hour drive is always worth it
Cool coffee shop with great coffee and good customer service. Been in here probably 10 times or so. Only thing I would do to make it better is add a few vegan food choices.
Coffee was great and the danish pastry I had was delicious. Service was professional and quick. Atmosphere is very relaxed. Decor is very eclectic. I'd definitely come back again.
Minimum $5 for !ANY! transactions, over-sweet iced latte I am not sure if I just came by around the wrong time of the day/week it looked like it was the town's food truck festival, so it was busy and I had a wait a little, but that's not a big deal. What really turned me off about the place was that the minimum card purchase was $5. I would understand that on a credit card where the retailer does not get to keep the entire transaction amount the credit card companies/banks get around 3%, but for a debit card to have that as well is annoying. This was my third stop in 4 coffee shops in the area this day, so I wanted a plain espresso to be able to directly compare with other shops. For a $1 single shot, I'm not going to pay $5 just so I can use my card. I know that it's partially my own fault for not carrying cash, but who from the younger generation carries cash anymore? Anyway, I opted for an iced "milky way" drink. It was made from what seemed like a cold brew, not an espresso. There was WAY too much syrup in it, so I couldn't taste any coffee and it tasted like a straight chocolate milk. I was fairly disappointed after dropping $6 on it. I'll have to think twice before I come back again.
I love this spot. Great coffee and atmosphere. The people that come to this shop are from all over and I've developed some really neat friendships with people from across the country. Usually a very quiet space but often has bands, poets and other acts of live entertainment. Open mic night is on thursday nights I believe where you will see somewhere between 10 and 12 separate artists perform.
The place has an amazing vibe. The decor is simultaneously quirky and homey, and the lady working behind the counter was cheerful and kind. The coffee itself was good; it was not crazy well done, but it was a solid cup I could not complain about. Along with all of the other great aspects of this coffee shop, there is a little play area for small children, making it the perfect stop for just about anybody who likes coffee!
Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Delicious coffees and teas to choose from and an option to drink coffee till your hearts content if you choose regular or decaffeinated. Local artists and musicians come and enjoy their creativity. You can even purchase art when it's displayed. If you are in Yellow Springs or plan to visit this is where I'd recommend.
