Liz has always been an amazing representative of this company. I've had many questions over time and she's never hesitated to answer them all. I live in Raleigh NC and called Mr. Spivey a few month ago about Garage Liability Insurance for a new dealership I was starting. Great experiences, from getting a real person on the phone within two rings, and a person with the knowledge to complete what I needed. That would never happen with an Allstate, Hartford, or other big Insurance company. Valerie, the agent I worked with, researched multiple insurance companies and got me the best prices on my Homeowners and Auto policies. She even helped me get switched over.

I am new to the area and recently moved from out of state. I contacted Valerie to get my family set up with renter's insurance and new auto insurance. Then soon after that was completed, we bought a new house and had to obtain homeowner's insurance and a new umbrella policy. Valerie worked her magic and was unbelivable.
