Description
Fire District 9 is a suburban fire department covering 110 square miles and protecting a population of 44,000. We operate from nine fire stations, using a mix of 68 career personnel and 110 volunteers.
Mission
To serve the public by providing efficient and effective protection of life and property from the adverse effects of fire, medical emergencies, and other hazardous situations.
