My son got his haircut here. Hillary did a FABULOUS job. She was very thorough. She understood what I was asking her to do even though I wasn't very eloquent in explaining it. She talked to my son on his level and was so professional. She styled his hair in such a cute way and made sure we were happy. I will be asking for her specifically the next time I go in. It was such a positive experience. It was our first time using sports clips.
I've had nothing but excellent experiences with this Sport Clips. Every stylist that I've had has been extremely friendly and great to work with. I never felt uncomfortable and they always do a fantastic job. My hair always looks great after my haircuts and I always plan to go back for my future haircuts. Also, the place is always kept clean and tidy, seriously, I have no complaints!Service: Haircut
Admittedly the stylist makes the difference between a 1 star and a 5 star review, and there’s always a mix wherever you go. Luckily I’ve had good stylists for the most part at the AF location. Katelynn does a great job and is probably the best stylist I’ve seen over the years coming here. She makes the haircut and MVP worth it. I’ll continue coming back.
They cut hair, fast but cleanly. The price is about the same everywhere now, so if you want a sports-themed location, with tvs on the wall in every location in the place, this is one of them that takes that idea to the extremes. Now, if they would air extreme sports as well, I'd tell my hair to grow faster... what there is of it ;
I went in and out my name down, it said I had 30 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later, I saw 2 people come in and go ahead of me. I put my name back in on the list I now was on the list twice. 2 more people came in and got to go ahead of me, I asked the lady when it was my turn? She said there was one more person ahead of me, after the next 2 people went ahead of me I left and said “fuck it” in front of some kids my bad. I don’t care who messaged me back or what you say, I am never ever going into a sports clips again. Good luck getting a haircut if you go! Sounds like as long as your not me your good!
Angie did a Very Awesome job. She was way great and treated me well I will totally be back to see Angie for another Haircut hopefully! Hopefully you tell her she's totally Awesome.
Have you been to Sports Clips yet? I took my husband their for an MVP haircut for Father's Day. It was super easy to get an appointment. We checked in online when we were ready to leave our house. It's such a fun place for the men in your life. They greeted us right away and had fantastic customer service. They had a tv on in the waiting area with football on. All of the chairs for haircuts have nice size tvs with sports on too. If you're looking to pamper the man in your life I highly recommend the MVP. It includes a haircut, hot towel twice, scalp massage with shampoo and conditioning treatment. They even offer a discount if you buy an MVP haircut punch pass. I'm definitely getting this for my husband.
CUSTOMER BEWARE - I took my two sons in, one was extremely happy with his haircut the other sat bawling in my car. She missed huge clumps of hair on his neck on both sides meaning she didn't remove the cape and shave his neck, his whole head has spots where it's clearly not blended and some spots are longer then others. When I asked to speak to a manager, another girl went into the back and said just a minute. Then the girl who cut my son's hair said "I'm acting manager", like really? So I explained he wasn't happy and yes she offered to fix it, but she also sat and rationalized why she cut it the way she did blaming my son for instructing her wrong. She then offered us a "free haircut with someone else" but never offered a refund for butchering my son's head. I paid over $35 for a hair cut that my son hates, now have to pay someone else to try and fix it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They clearly do not care about their customers satisfaction.
Always friendly and so far with 4 different stylists I've had 4 amazing haircuts. I love their attention to details and they will keep notes on what you like.
Nothing is worse than getting a haircut and it’s not what you wanted and you have to walk around with it until it grows back, that’s why I highly recommend margi she cuts my hair perfect every time, I would definitely recommend her cause she is good at what she doseService: Haircut
