Kristina did an amazing job. So professional and effortless skill. I typically cut my own hair with a buzzer. She did things like tampering my neck and around my ears which was refreshing. Great conversation as well.  Check in online ahead of time, and they text you when you are close to your appt. I was 15 mins away and only had a 5 minute wait in the lobby.  Thank you again!

First time in and had an amazing experience. All stylist were extremely friendly and professional. Conversation was a riot and the girls here were very fun and personable. My stylist was knowledgeable in styles and hair care product and was very informative on what I should be using for my hair and beard. Definitely recommend on coming to this location. I have almost always had a great experience for myself and my son here until today. The Stylist was rude and unprofessional when I walked to the seat where my 8 years old son was getting haircut. I respect if a stylist don’t want a parent back there but there is always a better respectful way to say things. I have always stayed by my child and never been told otherwise. On top of this, we were the very first customer on Monday morning. The store wasn’t busy at all. I will definitely be calling someone about it.

Really frustrated by the change in their online appointment process! It says the recommended arrival time and I arrived 15 mins after that and they dropped my name off the list even though I had been waiting an hour. In the past, they gave you 30 mins after your recommended arrival time to get there, I guess not anymore? I certainly don't mind waiting once I arrive for the next available stylist, however I shouldn't have been dropped off the list completely and asked to wait another hour.

My girl Yvette always gives me a perfect cut, the tvs always have relevant sports playing.  Getting  an MVP is the ultimate guy salon/spa experience hot towel, face massage, shampoo with a scalp massage, then a shoulder massage.  They are debatably expensive, so at least do it for your birthday, you are worth it!

Specialist susan was very professional , I showed her pictures of my preferred haircut and have me a perfect look. Also, very busy lady and has good customer service skill’s.Service:&nbsp;Buzz cut

Kia is apparently new at this location and WOW she did an amazing job!  I am very happy.  She was nice, took her time, and made sure I was looking fresh!  Thank you!

Went in to get a simple cut, two people ahead of me.  Staff completely ignored me the whole time.  They helped the people ahead of and behind me but completely ignored me until I just walked out! NEVER USE THEM!  Unprofessional as hell!!
