Spring Valley RV Campground

Ken and Ann, the owners are great folks and very accommodating. The park has been in the family for several generations and well maintained. Very centrally located. Great value for your money. We stay about a week a month to visit family and have always enjoyed the visits. I bet you will too.

Don't bother calling if you don't have a check - money order to mail them. We're back in the previous century! No on-line booking call and leave a message if no one answers. She is really good about calling you back. You can have a site reserved but you then have to jump through hoops to get it locked in. They only take checks or cash. She explained that the "fees" are too costly. They will also require you to pay a separate fee for the electric you use. She told me she will "read the meter then when we leave read it again and settle up". Why not just charge a flat rate so I can just leave when I want to without you "settling up"? What a waste of time trying to give them my business! I guess things are so good they don't need anymore? Good for them, I guess?

This campground is in a great area that is close to pretty much anything you’d need. The owners work hard to make it beautiful and it is obvious that they are prideful of their park. If their campers are in need of any help, they are eager to help. My dogs and I truly enjoyed our time there.Location: 5/5

Ann owner/manager was great. Friendly experience and helpful with getting us to our site. The site was full hook up, and pull through. Property was pretty quiet except for some traffic off business 95. We had dogs with us, no issues there. Clean facilities. We will probably be back.

Very convenient and reasonable for an overnight stay. Pet friendly and level sites. Bathhouse is due for update however very clean. Family owned and operated, super nice and accommodating. No amenities but close to town.

In all my travels, this is hands down the nicest coolest owner/manager ever. Beautiful land that lies alongside in the river, gravel roads and parking places that have good drainage and are otherwise level. Plenty of maneuvering room for big rigs and the lots are big, not right on top of your neighbors. A little highway noise but otherwise a very quiet piece of land just outside of town, close to camping world, Walmart and the country/soul food buffet. Just saying.

We absolutely LOVED staying here and will return. Ann was AMAZING! We were able to fish, great catches as well, 55 inch catch fish a few times. I loved being able to walk my puppies, ride my bike and enjoy all this RV Park has to offer. We stayed a month and couldn’t be happier we found this hidden gem! I own a property management company and know the efforts it takes to run such an amazing operation. It is so pretty here..the only bad thing is leaving! We will be back! Oh, you won’t beat their prices!

We just finished a two week mission trip doing storm clean up in Wilmington, NC. Needed a place to dump our tanks since we had no hookups at the church where we parked. Camping World’s station was out of order and they told us to go here. Big mistake, owner gave us an attitude and made us feel as though we were being deceptive even after explaining the situation and charged us $36 to dump our tanks. So much for being honest. But, hey, what goes around comes around. We’ve helped so many people in need these last two weeks who have been more than grateful.

Have had a great experience here !!! Very nice people I have never been here before drove all the way from Michigan my ATM would not let me get any money out when I got here they let me catch up with them a couple days after I got setteled In. It's been quiet so far no problem being close to the road it's off a service drive, witch is great for rideing my bike or jogging and very convenient to any store or restaurant of your choice . Perfect pull through site set up in 15 min. I have no problem coming back in the future they keep the campground neatly groomed.
