Got LASIK done and it was the best decision I could have ever done. Dr Warren was wonderful through out the surgery. Kept me calm and was very helpful through out the procedure. I was very nervous but he was so gentle and very informative with everything he was doing, the staff was great!!!! Thank you so much for my new vision, best decision ever.
Dr. Warren and Dr. Walkowiak were both outstanding doctors and I am so grateful to have booked my Lasik through Longwood Eye. All other staff at Longwood Eye were great as well. Dr. Walkowiak was very kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and helped to answer any questions I had and make me comfortable during the entire pre op process. Dr. Warren performed my surgery and it couldn’t have gone better in my opinion! He also was very kind and knowledgeable and broke things down step by step so I knew what to expect the entire time love no surprises!. Thank you both for a wonderful experience and I recommended anyone who is looking into Lasik eye surgery or other needs to check out Longwood Eye.
I am a supervisor at a group home and work with adults with intellectual disabilities. One of my individuals has went to this practice for almost two years. Every single time we come we are here over 2 hours mostly just sitting in waiting rooms. They call you in just to have you go sit in another waiting room. The waiting room is always packed with people just waiting. They overbook and then you must wait and wait sorry it’s not acceptable.
I had double glaucoma, total loss of vision in one eye. Everyone was above and beyond, except one person that unfortunately stood out in a sea of competent, caring professionals. She did the eye pressure prior to the MD appt, she was rude, aggressive, no personality and no iniative. I was please and relived when the girls from the day before, popped their heads in to says hello. The doctor was phenomenal. You can tell they are an A+team. So happy I were referred to them, and will recommend to others
I had LASIK done in April of 2022 and wanted to wait a while before I gave a review. It's safe to say now that it was the best decision I've made and I'm extremely happy I went with Eye & LASIK Center. They made the entire process incredibly seamless and the procedure itself was quick, easy, and painless. I was in and out of the office the day of my procedure in a little over an hour, and I was only in the procedure room for about 10-15 minutes. I was able to drive myself to my follow-up appointment the very next morning. I experienced a bit of "haloing" after my procedure for a few months, especially while driving at night and around lights indoors, but that subsided like the doctors said it would after about 6 months or so. My vision before LASIK was about 20/800 and now I'm at 20/15 which is even better than it was with contacts. I would highly recommend Eye & LASIK Center if you are considering LASIK. I wish I had done this years ago but I'm very glad I finally did.
I highly recommend the Eye & Lasik Center for Lasik surgery. They made the entire process so easy. They never made me feel like a number. Scheduling was simple and they got me in in 3 weeks. I am very happy with my results!
I was recommend here by my sister in law for lasik surgery. Let me tell you it was the best thing i ever did. I had lasik done back in December of last year and words cannot describe how happy i am, that i no longer have to wear glasses. The surgery was fast and painless i did not feel anything. Dr. Warren and his team are amazing they told me everything that was happening every step of the way. I am beyond thankful to Dr. Warren because he did an amazing job. I would recommend getting lasik to anyone that wants to get rid of there glasses. And the staff is amazing as well. Thank you all so much from making the appointment to getting surgery it was all so easy, they all made me feel welcomed and at home.
Dr. Janessa Patel is an absolutely amazing doctor and I am so grateful to have found her. She is extremely thorough and efficient. Due to her taking the extra step she has found some concerns for my son and I that no other doctor has mentioned. I will continue to see only her.
My mother recently started going to this location to see Dr.Patel as the Greenfield location was too far. No complaints regarding Dr.Patel however I would love to know how exactly are patients who do not speak English supposed to be seen by their doctor and understand their diagnosis if there is no interpreting services offered here? Not even via phone call, cam..etc? & Every time you call to ask for assistance regarding this issue you are met with rude staff who don't even try to help. Dr.Patel is a great doctor with whom my mother would like to keep being seen by but with no interpreting services it seems basically impossible. She doesn't always have someone who can accompany her to her appointments and this has caused her to have to cancel appointments on follow ups that she really needs. Is there any resolution to this issue at all?
Janessa Patel was so kind and sweet to my mom. Every time she is very friendly and I always feel that she is very attentive to her work and to her patients.
