Springfield Manor is Frederick County's only Winery Distillery & Brewery. Our handcrafted wines have won numerous awards, and please a wide audience. We distill Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, Lavender Gin, Rum, Vodka, & brandies from local fruit. Our Lavender Gin won 2017 Best of Class in San Francisco International Competition as well as numerous other Gold Medals. We are Maryland's Most Awarded distillery with numerous platinum & gold awards. Our craft brewery is serving flights & pints of Ales and IPAs & is a collaboration with students from Mount St.Mary's University. The Manor is a luxury Bed & Breakfast with eight antique-appointed guest rooms; perfect for a romantic getaway, or quiet mountain retreat. Springfield Manor is a premier Maryland wedding & event venue, hosting weddings, corporate functions and social events. The chic ballroom & rustic elegant barn can seat 300 guests. Springfield Manor conveniently located on Rt 15, with close proximity to Washington, Northern Virginia, Baltimore, and Gettysburg. The Catoctin Mountain backdrop of Cunningham Falls State Park is unsurpassed. The 135 acre estate features Maryland's largest lavender planting with 2600 lavender plants. Lavender flowers, plants and products are available for purchase. The established vineyard graces the front lawn, and a meticulously renovated bank barn houses both the distillery and tasting room.
