SpringHill Suites Atlanta Airport Gateway

Obviously the best location. But the hotel is so modern and nice! The rooms are spacious and TONY!!! Is amazing and looked so sharp in his suit. He gave us lots of details about our room, rates and parking. His woman colleague was great and funny too. Then to top it off I left my phone at the front desk. He ran and tracked us down parking in the back to give it to me before he went home. I appreciate him for this! A lot of people now don’t go above and beyond for their job but I saw multiple people come up to him and he helped them as best he could AND some. Both people at the front desk while he was working I didn’t get the lady’s name but I’m pretty sure she’s a manager her name was too small on the name tag Wonderful staff you have here. Even if the rooms were not very nice, it would make up for it in service. Edit to add: as I was finishing this up I left it on hold to go downstairs to ask about the A/C. She helped so much by changing it from downstairs and gave us extra blankets as well! We were all so appreciative of the customer service we have received here it’s unbelievable!

The staff is friendly. The rooms are laid out weird with a toilet and mini sink in one room, and the shower and another sink in a separate room. Both bathroom areas have sliding doors with frosted glass so if someone uses the bathroom in the night there's no way to turn on the light without lighting up the whole hotel room. The toilet room door didn't shut all the way either, so there was no privacy while you used the toilet. The hotel overall is not very sound proof. We heard every time the rooms beside us flushed the toilet, and you can hear the people above you walk around. It's convenient to be able to hop on the skytrain to the airport, but if you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep this isn't a good choice.

Sent me to the wrong room. Had to go back to the front desk to correct. Hair dryer broken. Tried to call for a replacement but the phone didn't work either. Toilet was super low and uncomfortable. Bed seemed nice but aggravated my back. Good news is hotel was clean and quiet. Sky Train right outside was super convenient and fast to get to the terminal.

Full of bedbugs. We stayed one night, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The room didn’t seem dirty at the beginning. We found dirty socks under the small desk. The next morning we had an early flight. I woke up full of bedbugs bites. I don’t recommend this hotel. We are members of Marriott Bonvoy very disappointed at this particular hotel

I'm a local to Atlanta, having lived here before. This was a convenient hotel, right off the sky tram at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. It was super easy to get to, especially if you don't need a rental car. It's easily accessible to MARTA the public transit. It's in a quiet location. The room was superb and my request for something close to the elevator was granted easily. The staff is extremely friendly and was amazing with information for visitors. The only weird thing to me was the layout of the room, especially the bathroom. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay. Will stay here again and again.

Great location for Atlanta airport. Easy access via the airports Sky Tram. We rented a car and then drove 3 minutes to the hotel. It would have been just as easy to pick up the car in the morning via the tram. 1st night parking was free so we were happy with our decision. Rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Special and an extra big thank you to the breakfast staff!! They were extremely pleasant and helped me put together plates for my sleeping kids before they shut down breakfast. Very very kind ladies!! We stayed just one night before continuing on our journey. We would stay again.

Stayed here as an option from Delta after some issues with a flight. Insanely convenient with access by SkyTram from the ATL airport. The room was actually very, very nice. We arrived at 11pm and found the hotel to be very clean, the room was ample sized, and the front desk gave us a lot of late night delivery options most of which accepted Delta food vouchers we received due to our missed flight. Made a bad situation enjoyable. Great service, amazingly convenient, and very quiet despite being right beside the airport. Definitely recommend on a layover.

My fiancé and I have had such amazing experiences here! We both have food allergies and there was super yummy gluten-free and dairy free options at breakfast in the morning. Being so close to the airport, the free shuttle takes you there and back. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the bed is super comfortable. What really made our experience even better though was the service. Jordan at the front desk is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet and so funny. She makes the check in process easy and made our entire day. 12/10 recommend staying here!

Syreeta at the front desk was a breath of fresh air being kind, empathetic, and accomadating after dealing with canceled flights. She was informative about the amenities available to us, and dining suggestions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms: Spacious. Double beds and a pull out couch.

Excellent strategic location for a hotel. Easy transportation with train access one stop away from rental cars and airport. Good priced. No traffic at all. Very convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend for business trips. Rooms: Very clean and comfortable. Safety: Good
