SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Airport/Ridley Park

Overall experience at this hotel was really disappointing. The front desk staff was simply not really interested in the customer needs or even when arriving to check in , they also didn’t greet with a smile or at least show some enthusiasm to receive their guests. Also, the hotel is in great of an update. My room felt unhygienic, the shower stall had mold in it. The closet had this musky old smell to it when I opened it. The front door lock bolt also kept malfunctioning that I had to struggle to try to close the door to leave for my business day. Reported this to the front desk, and they never addressed it up to the day I checked out of the hotel. The service person , after servicing my room, removed the used shower towels , never replaced them with new ones ! Breakfast was only mediocre, with little to no fruits. Honestly, very disappointed as I would expect better from a Marriott chain hotel. Will definitely not book this hotel again for my future business travel into Philadelphia. Rooms: Very dated and just has the very old worn out feeling to it.

Stayed here for two nights recently for a softball college showcase with my daughter. The room was clean, smelled nice, had separate areas for shower and toilet. TV was oddly between bedroom area and the sitting area. I didn't see a freezer portion in the fridge so if you need to refreeze your ice packs for your personal cooler, you'll have to get ice. We had to leave at 530am both mornings but the hotel staff had a grab and go breakfast cart with yogurt, granola/breakfast bars, water and juice which was greatly appreciated. Gym was a treadmill, elliptical, bike machine, two 5lb weights, two 10lb weights, and two each of 45lbs and 50lb weights as well as a bench. Water cooler in gym was great! Overall, it was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful!

This was my first experience with SpringHill Suites. My daughter whom I was visiting made the reservations, hence I cannot speak on that. However, the Suite was sufficient; a little too compartmentalized for my taste. I found the sterile decor very unwelcoming as well, but it provided the necessities to make your stay comfortable and the staff responded quickly to our requests for extra pillows and blankets. Overall, I have no complaints. Noteworthy details: Although we skipped this feature/morning event, breakfast is offered daily.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and spacious. Only issue I had was mold and mildew in the bathroom and shower gel container were empty.Rooms: 3/5

Outstanding! We had a 2 hour delay and missed our international flight, so stuck in Philadelphia. It was late so we requested shuttle service. Kevin picked us and was great and very personable. Mrs Donna at the front desk checked us in and helped us with food and toiletries, our luggage was held hostage at airport. Mrs Susan the breakfast attendant greeted us with a big smile and was very kind. The staff worked so well together and seemed to love Their jobs so rare. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. I made a point to speak with a manager before we left. Keshia was happy and pleased to hear her staff was so good to us. Thank y’all so much for your hospitality and kindness during a rough trip. 10 stars for that.

Room was spacious and very comfortable! The alarm clock even had two USB-A ports which made it very convenient to charge my phone! The free breakfast selections offered fresh fruit, a variety of bagels, hot oatmeal, did waffles, along with other items.Rooms: 5/5

I stayed here on November 14th-15th, 2022. I spent 20K points, and this place costs around $200 per night. The room was spacious, and a separate toilet and shower was a nice feature. AC was a little loud, but it didn't bother my sleep. Everything was okay except for the quality of water in the pool. I know that water is treated by chemicals, but I've never seen like this pool. Who would want to swim here? The size of the gym was small but better than the Holiday Inn ones. One thing I was impressed by this hotel was that they had some foods to grab for people who had to check out before breakfast being served. That was very thoughtful. I will take 4/5 for the bad quality of the swimming pool water.

Good hotel with complimentary breakfast that was pretty decent. Pool was excellent to use. Quiet and family friendly. A bit away from everything but close to the airport with a shuttle for pick up and drop off.Rooms: 4/5

Above my expectations! Very clean and safe facility. I checked in around 3 am after a very long flight. The lady at the front desk was the best face to meet after this long trip. She was fast, calm and very welcoming. She was my first assurance that this place is safe and reliable. No room service was available. Like most hotels nowadays they offer microwave in the room and you can buy a sandwich or soup near the front desk and heat it up. Definitely I recommend the hotel for travelers on the go.

Great place to stay if you have a very early flight out of Philly and you can park your car for free! Rooms are huge, two queens and a pullout sofa for those large families. Great shuttle service too!Rooms: 5/5
