Great location, Wonderful front desk staff especially young lady with the stylish pink hair. Rooms are designed well with West Elm furniture & etc. Architects and designers did a great job. Housekeepers are phenomenal as well. Breakfast is pretty kool parking $19 for in n out access and $16 if you just stay in the garage. They have free access to L.A fitness if you wish to get a real burn. Plenty of places to eat in the same parking lot esp over at the baker's garage. You won't be disappointed I'm very pleased
The bed was not a king size it was 2 twins put together. The water pressure in the shower was mediocre at best. On top of that 20$ to park when I have reservations for a 200$ a night room is incredibly greedy. The pool was CLOSED for no reason given. Will not stay their again. Checked out early and was told I would be charged a early check out fee of 150$. I used points for my stay.
*Ask for a room with a new AC unit!* If not, you won't sleep because the older units are really loud. The hotel did accommodate us with a new room the second night, and the service and location overall were great. Breakfast was ok, some things were out and the rooms could use a little TLC, but they were clean. I probably would stay here again.
The hotel is in a fabulous location, and the desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. That being said, the hotel is generally dirty. The first room we were given had the MOST DISGUSTING mattress I’ve ever seen in any hotel. It was literally covered in blood and bodily fluids. Housekeeping had just thrown a sheet over what looked like a crime scene and expected us to sleep on it. When I complained they moved our room, but despite repeated calls and e-mails hotel management never responded in any way. I’m not squeamish, but this was disgusting beyond words
I loved location of the hotel. In a square with great shopping and food. Convenient to CMU and other areas. The collaboration with LA fitness was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We watched the World Cup final in the lobby. Amazing! Nice bar in the lobby. Free breakfast was fine. Service was excellent. We asked for extra blankets and they came immediately. Love the toilet was separate from shower. Comfy beds and even the couch was comfy for sleeping. The hot chocolate bar in the lobby was nice! Great vibe overall. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when i come back to Pittsburgh.
The trundle bed/couch very uncomfortable. The pool and the bar were closed, and that was not mentioned or advertised at booking. We stayed an extra night due to family circumstances and were charged 20.00 more than the first night. They also charge 20 per day to park. No toiletries on the sinks. Very loud air conditioner and very loud Jack hammer in the mornings due to construction.
Rooms were clean. Bed slept comfortably and plenty of space for 2 people. I would definitely use this Hotel again.
Great location, very clean, nice lobby to hangout. All of the employees that I encountered were very professional and welcoming. I will return when I stay in the area.Rooms: 5/5
