Updated outside, entrance and eating area. Super friendly staff, management cares about your stay. Great breakfast choices for an affordable price. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated but clean. Had no issues. Overall enjoyable stay. Food & drinks: Coffee, tea, water always available. Breakfast has great choices including fresh fruit.
We were greeted warmly by Mike and staff. Unfortunately our booking company did not have reservations made but Mike took excellent care of us very, very quickly. The hotel suite is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Wonderful stay. Thank you.Rooms: 5/5
Very friendly staff that were very welcoming and solved an issue with the TV right away. The only downsides to this properly is that there is only a sheer curtain in place and the planes are fairly audible. Room was tidy, streaming options on the TV, and there is a small refrigerator in room with a microwave.Rooms: 4/5
We booked days ahead of time for a guaranteed handicap accessible room, but when we arrived we were put into a room that wasn’t handicap accessible at all and the room that was handicap accessible on the floor was “blocked off” And unable to be used. The rest of the hotel was completely booked. We ended up having to go to another hotel entirely. Plus, on our way out of the room we found someone else’s old food had been left in the refrigerator. Luckily they at least allowed us to cancel our reservation and didn’t charge us for it.
Looks new but was told recently remodeled. Shuttle to and from airport. Clean and fresh. Breakfast was good. Only bad experience was a slow shower drain. Definitely would stay again and recommend it.
The staff went above and beyond. Facility was very clean, breakfast was delicious. We stayed at Springhill Suites in Gahanna because of a important doctors appointment at Ohio State. When we got up in the morning to leave, our car wouldn't start. They went above and beyond to get us to the doctor's office on time.Rooms: 5/5
Nice hotel and conveniently located to the airport but my shower drain was plugged up and water ran out onto the floor and the phone in room would not work to call the front desk. Otherwise it was ok.
The staff was outstanding! I asked a few of them their names just so I could name them on my review, and I have never done that before. So thanks to Troy, Amanda, Ashley, Brett and pretty much the whole staff for their friendliness, professional, helpfulness and the cleanliness of the hotel. I wish I would have gotten the name of the housekeeping staff that was cleaning our floor when we were leaving on April 24. She was also very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean, there is a nice patio out back, the breakfast is good, and again, the staff is excellent! There is also a really good and reasonably priced restaurant within walking distance so we took advantage of that and had a very relaxed stay.
Stayed here over night and to be honest, I was not impressed. It was good, but not great. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, but that is the best I can say about this place. After exiting the elevator, we noticed that the carpeted floors looked dingy, not sure if they were just old or needed a good cleaning. The ice machine was out of order and we had to go to the 3rd floor. Upon entering our room, it had a strange odor to it, but you could tell it was clean. I think the smell was from the sanitizer they used because I used the sanitizer at the elevator and it had that same smell. The toilet was very small and very low to the ground. I am 5’ tall and it was below my knee! The toilet paper roll was hanging off the wall and the towel rack fell down when I went to hang my towel up. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and I slept good. Breakfast was served in the main lobby, but we didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on whether it was good or not. I always stay at a Spring Hill Suite or Fairfield Inn, and for what we paid, I expected a little nicer accommodations. I will stay elsewhere when I return to the area next month.
Traveled here for business over a weekend. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was big with a kitchenette which was great! I was impressed with all the room had. There were a few minor issues with things such as floor cleanliness but overall impressed. Will likely return when visiting the area. They do offer breakfast here.
