I wish i can give this store 0 Stars. Came in to upgrade my phone. When it was time to pay for my purchase the system was “DOWN” but T-mobile ended up charging my card 3 times! And all they said was “call your bank”. T-mobile just lost a customer for over 10 years. This store needs better customer service they are all just sitting there looking at me like I’m crazy instead of giving me back my money right away for their mistake! All they want is to take your money I wouldn’t come to this store at all.
This store has provided me the best customer experience within my 7+ years with T- mobile. Ace and team are great.
I was in the store today and received exceptional customer service from Yoly Store Manager along with Ace A Mobile Expert. They assisted me with replacing my daughters phone and with the transfer of data. I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service.

10's across the board!! Danielle was professional, knowledgeable and engaging. Any apprehension I had regarding doing the "magenta switch" was alleviated. Danielle guided me throughout the entire process step by step. I also had the opportunity to compliment Danielle in front of her store manager. This caliber of customer service and care is rare in such a young person. I hope that her colleagues take notes! Bravo T-mobile Rockville Centre - you have a valuable assest in Danielle!!

Cool people, an actually corporate store unlike lynbrook, so you know they won't lie to you or do things you don't authorize with your account. Great selection of reliable accessories for you purchase, and all the latest model phones. If you have Sprint or want the best prices/service around go here and be amazed at how far they are willing to go for you.
I Called to upgrade my phone. I’ve been a loyal Sprint customer for a decade. I just moved so I wanted to go to a local store. I called to see if they had the phone model in stock. Just like the other 1 star reviews said, a guy picks up. Zero professional courtesy. No manners. Acting like I was bothering him. I try to ask questions. He Sounded annoyed. Rushing me off the phone. Not letting me talk. Interrupting me. I work in retail and you treat customers like this? Mission accomplished. I’ll never step foot in your store. Get a real job you miserable A-hole.
The Assistant Manager Jonathan was extremely polite and helpful! My wife and I went in to purchase her a new phone and after he helped her, he was kind enough to help me set up my new phone as well, even though my provider is different! 10 stars !!!
I asked an employee if I had to pre-order the iPhone 14 or if I could come in and buy one on release day. His response was “I have no idea how that works.” Maybe I’m being unreasonable but I think that’s ridiculous, sorry.
