My husband was just in your store and the service was awful. If they can't sell phone and refuse to activate phones, why are they open. The two young ladies were rude and unprofessional . Instead of them helping to activate my phone they pointed to a phone and had me call the customer service number. I couldn't hear the lady on the phone because the were laughing and playing music. It was a terrible experience. The only saving grace was a gentleman that worked there. He helped us.
