I have been a Sprint customer for 9 years and have been to locations in several states. This is by far the best location I have ever been to. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. I will not visit a different store ever again in Colorado.
You need to be patient. Technology doesn't care if you have somewhere to be. It takes time to set up phones and transfer data. So, there is a wait, especially if you're upgrading. But, the staff here will bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need and all of your questions answered. There's a reason this store is busy, the staff is awesome!
Thought we were getting a good deal going to sprint. Had a nice gentlemen help us however his manager kept trying to push extra stuff on to us and we kept saying we didnt want the premium plans and such. However they still signed us up for the premium plans without our knowledge. They completely screwed us over. Told us our monthly payment was going to be 170 and is now 290 for no reason. Was on the phone with customer service for 4 hours and they refused to help us and lower our bill back down saying it wasn't there fault that its the stores fault however the store cant help either. Service is horrible as well. If your going to go to sprint make sure you read ever tiny detail and document everything your sales person says. That manager screwed us over. Would recommend going anywhere else.

Nery was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable from the first time I called to check on product availability. I went in to buy and complete a phone upgrade, he helped me from start to finish the whole process was faster than expected. Thank you for the great service Nery!
Before you go to to this store you need to know they are only there to make their commission. Everything else is "SELF SERVICE" I agree with the poster who wrote "Do not go to this store if you are having problems with the terrible customer service Sprint offers over the phone." Just stick with the terrible over the phone service until you find someone that will keep the lines of communication open. or switch to a different service provider. I had to get new phones because of a mistake sprint made. I went to the store to get these phones because I wanted help setting up the new phones and I wanted to return the old phones to the store. Customer care said a corporate store could do this for me. They had no problem leasing the new phones to us. They would not take the old phones and they would not transfer the data from the old phones to the new phones. They said this is because everything is now "Self Service" If I wanted self service I would have done everything over the phone myself. The lesson for the day is bypass the store and do it over the phone. You have to do it yourself anyway and there is no point in giving your money to these people.
Staff at this location is amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help me when two other store were not.
I can definitely confirm that Fred is awesome at this store, in accordance with another reviewer on here. Despite the fact that Sprint gives their sales reps literally almost no power to do anything to serve the customer, he makes the experience as pleasant as possible!
