It was my birthday and I decided to treat myself to a new phone after 6 years. I was nervous going into the experience. But it turns out I got dedicated customer service by staff that was knowledgeable and helped me save money. I was anxious about upgrading after only ever having one other smart phone, but this was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this location and love my Sprint service in general!
I really appreciate this store. I received quality service and NEW phones with immediate attention from all staff there. Israel was exceptional from the initial process from signing up and finishing the service. Dietrick was amazingly kind upon entering and Nick supported properly. Quality service.
We have bought our phones from this location since they opened their doors. NEVER have we had bad service. Most recently, Shaun and Princeton helped us upgrade two of our phones and they were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and excellent to work with. Great job!
Met the manager, Joe, at my store when he came to get an oil changeMr. Tire. Figure I'd keep it local and give his store a try. Wasn't disappointed. All I got was a screen protector, but he offered a lifetime warranty. In my line of work that's a god send. Very pleased.
I came in without an appointment and Nick was super helpful. Hunter the Store Manager also provided detailed information on the Sprint Drive car thing. Also I loved Dietrick’s energy. The whole team was super helpful all together!
Dietrick was amazing from start to finish during my experience at this store. He treated my mother in law with respect and made sure we understood everything about our contract. He took the time out to explain how Sprint offers many different perks for our customers. While explaining Sprint Complete, he allowed me to understand it’s just not Insurance for the phone. It has many different components that customers can take advantage of. Like unlimited cloud storage for pictures. Dietrick I bet you thought I wasn’t listening when you was going over these things. I recommend this store with strong belief if you deal with Dietrick you will walk out with a smile on your face and knowledge that is priceless!!!! Plus, he just entered inside of the Industry!
My experience here was amazing, as it is every time I come. I just purchased a iPad, the process was easy and simply from beginning to end. The sales consultant dietrick was awesome his delightful energy is like no other. He was Knowledgeable and very professional as well as the other consultants.
The rep who assisted me was a new employee. He struggled assisting me as he wasn't familiar with the process yet. That resulted as me waiting longer than expected. There were two other employees to which they were making fun of him as he keeps making mistakes. They keep throwing "don't worry ma'am, he will be faster next time" comments and then would laugh. Instead of helping him, they made negative comments instead. Very unprofessional! The result? I had to contact the customer service online because the new employee from the store made several mistakes on my account.
This is a mixed review. The employees are exceptional. Jesse, who I worked with was outstanding. I ordered 2 IPhone 6s on Oct 5. I was told two to three days, called on the 9th they said Monday or Tuesday. I called Monday 10/12, they were going to call me back, never did. I went in on 10/13 waited 1 hour to be told the phones are backordered they won't be in until November. They could have told me that over the phone instead of having me drive 17 miles. Two employee's were helping customers when I arrived but there were three of us waiting. One customer walked out but myself and another customer waited to be helped. After almost an hour two other employees came out from the back. They have a camera to see if customers are cued up in front, why not come out and help sooner. Very poor customer awareness by this store's management. Once you get an employee they are helpful and patient. They need to understand this is a customer driven business and to ignore us will eventually effect their business.
Zero starshad to highlight one to allow me to publish due to the way manager Nicole Davis handled my call. Last May my husband and I purchased 3 phones which took 2.5 hours at this Sprint location. We had never purchased phone insurance before but were assured by a male associate that if we had any problems with the phone, including breaking or dropping or getting it wet, all we had to do was bring the phone in and get a replacement. The situation was further complicated because magically the insurance had been taken off of one of the phones and Ms.Davis told me a customer was the only one that could do that and I assure you I didn't cancel insurance on 1 of 3 phones. I had a problem with my phone and Customer Service told me my best bet was to deal directly with place of purchase. Then my husband had an issue and went into a Sprint store where we just happened to be and they told him the same thing. Well guess what, you don't need to waste your time because I called the store where we purchased our phones and Nicole Davis told me she couldn't help me and accused me of lying about the misinformation an associate at her store gave me. I told her I was sure we could work something out, and she said that she could not help me. She told me that Sprint Customer service shouldn't have told me to go to her store.I was totally flabbergasted at her digging her heels in and refusing to even come up with any options. If you want a Sprint phone, do your homework and don't trust the sales people.
