Great customer service.  Dre was very helpful, patient and explained everything.  If you’re looking for a T-Mobile store, we highly recommend Concord Mall in Wilmington.

Jada and Tommy Le are so awesome! They were very thorough and  knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. They helped us through the whole process with ease.

John, Jade and Christian were very good employees they were very clear and up front with me about the phone process I was looking at. They did very well for themselves!

I went to 2 other t mobile stores and apple which no one would help us except this t mobile. They helped us so much and got everything worked out. I am definitely coming back for all my needs. From Tommi Le to the District manager  sorry not sure your name  giving a huge thank u for helping me.. A++++ 5 stars!!!!!

Incredible service.  They didn’t have enough watches for my family so Jairol ran to a nearby store so I didn’t have to run around to get enough watches for my family.  In other words, I was able to checkout fully with him instead of trying to run to different stores during the holidays.  Highly recommend this store as it was some of the best service I have ever received anywhere.

I would like to say I had a pleasant experience with this particular store Jairol Was professional and amazing and handling all my issues he took time to make things correct he answered and handled any questions or issues I had I strongly recommend going to the store Tmoble needs more people like him

I never write any comments before. It is 9:51 pm and me and my husband already sitting here T-mobile for 3 hours. And they cannot figure out how to put $20 credit back on the account even though we paid 3 days prior and manager not even helpful at all. Unbelievable no one at the store can do anything for us. We are still sitting here, not sure what will happened, but one thing for sure, never go back to this location. Good luck for anyone plan to go to this location. P. S. manager should really get more training, plz cooperate should really aware of it. I really hope I can get 0 star for this comment

Great Customer Service

Date of incident 12/12/18      Awful. Employee named Clinton should be fired ASAP. For the good of T-mobile as a company. My mother came here to buy a new phone because hers suddenly stopped working. While there, employee Clinton, was on his phone the entire time with his friend on speaker phone making rude racial remarks. For example, she needed help setting the new phone up and his friend that was on his speaker phone made the comment, “If you weren’t white you’d know how to set your own phone up”. All the while, employee Clinton, was speaking to her like she was an idiot. Another example, he made the comment, “What? You don’t even know how to get into your email.” This is uncalled for and completely ridiculous. T-mobile in concord mall needs to handle this. It’s completely unacceptable and unbelievable. We’ve been customers for 15+ years. This was the absolute worst.
