The service was good, a little slow, but the store was busy and only two people were working. I had something engraved. The engraving was too superficially done, so parts of the script were only vaguely visible. Other than the quality of the engraving, it is one of my favorite places to shop.

Fantastic service! I was able to get a special gift engraved same-day. The staff was very kind in accommodating my requests and the final product turned out beautiful. I will definitely be coming back.

They did a great job engraving a bracelet for me to give to my boyfriend. He loves it! Helpful staff and speedy service. The bracelet was ready the next day.
