Friendly staff and excellent service. I had to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone, which should have taken about 3 hours. I got home comfortably and was notified when the process was complete. Now I have my brand new phone with all my data from about 4 years ago. So happy! Thanks to everyone and especially Ms. Nancy!
We called ahead to find out the best time to come to the store because I have a walker and will need to be sitting during the whole time we are at the store. Sebastian helped me on the phone. When we came in person that weekend, Sebastian remembered me, and I felt like I mattered and wasn't just a phone number. We had some wrinkles to work out, as expected, with the merge and transition from Sprint to T-Mobile, but Sebastian was able to take care of everything that came up and stuck with us through it all. When I called in later to change my mind about what we wanted, Sebastian was able to direct me to who could do what I needed. When his schedule changed, and he thought he would miss us coming into the store, he called me to update me when he would be there. A few weeks later, we decided to add a line and returned to the store in person. Once again, Sebastian was amazing, personable, knowledgeable, and treated us as more than just an account. In this day and age, it is rare to have someone go out of their way to make us feel welcome. From the very first visit, Sebastian accommodated my needs and brought his workspace to us. I never felt in the way, I felt taken care of.
0 if I could give it, three employees two just doing nothing. Sitting while we wait Frank on of the employees if rude to most to the costumer. They feel force to help, one day before he sent my wife to Apple to get a new phone instead of helping or finding a way to get her a phone. This is during the day and Frank I had come in the evening and the experience was a lot better.
William helped us add three new business phone lines. Very professional, easy going & he knows his knowledge with it comes to T-Mobile. Thank you to William, Mirvin & Nolan for your professional hospitality.
Excellent customer service. In and out. It took me 10 mins to get a new sim card, port in my number from another carrier.
0 stars. They helping same customer for around 2 hours that's crazy, are ur customers purchasing houses or cars? It's impossible to wait more than 1 hour just to pick up the phone you already paid for.
I am a customer from Sprint now T-Mobile for many years….I came today, June 18, 2022 to the branch at Prince William Parkway, Woodbridge, VA. Sebastian is very professional with an excellent customer service skills! He is very knowledgeable! I am very happy with the service! I look forward to staying as a happy customer at T-Mobile!
Rhonda was wonderful. Very helpful and gave great information on how I can save and upgrade. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this t-mobile to anyone looking to switch over. They made the process so easy.
My brother had a issue with his phone. The service technician Sebastián was awesome. He took his time and utilized all tools in his powers to make sure we walked out happy. Though he personally could not fix the issue he made sure it was getting taken care of and went above and beyond. Thank you!
Ms Rhonda is AMAZING. She very sweet and super patient when explaining things to me multiple times and I'm EXTREMELY happy with the purchase.
