I am tired of hearing, “Don’t worry, we will fix this for you once and for all.” I have spent multiple hours over multiple phone calls trying to remove international roaming and phone insurance from our account. Every time they assure me that it is all taken care of and I have a credit coming back. No credit comes back and we continue to have extra charges on our account. We are seven months into this! At this point it seriously feels like a scam at a corporate level. Run from TMobile!
Great service, great deals and quick to respond to any issues that arise . Travis N is absolutely amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and the reason for such an easy decision to be with T Mobile !

I like TMobile, I left tmobile and came back ! Also Emily was nice and helpful!
They always mess up our bill somehow. They told us we are paying off our old phones so we could upgrade to new phones and then they said our bill would go down. Instead if it going down, it went up 40 dollars a month. We spent over 600 dollars in that store all for them to tell us we didn't pay off our previous phones. They said it could have been a glitch in their system. They seem to have "glitches" all the time at this particular store. Very unhappy and will most likely switch to a different company.
Emily is amazing!! Her and Michael are the reason I’m switching to t-mobile. I am switching from ATAT because they suck.
Emily was just Great. She answered all my questions and was very professional.
Travis was excellent and helped me every step up the way from selling me what I needed to coming to my home on his own time to set everything up for me. If you go into this store ask for Travis he is the best!
The worst phone service ever they have went down hill gps don't hardly work they should be a zero g worst choice ever don't go with stick to straight talk they are way better
