I ordered skate wheels in April. After a week or so I still had not received an email that they had shipped. The date came and went where I should have received them, so I emailed the company. She responded promptly, said they didn't have the wheels right now they were a closeout but thought they would be getting more and would get back to me. I was fine with that, so I waited a few more weeks, still nothing. I emailed again and was told that there had been some chaos, a new person working in the store and that I would get an update soon. At that point I asked for a refund if there were no wheels to be had. I was promised that by the end of that day now we're into June I would either be issued a refund or mailed wheels. Neither happened. I gave it a couple more weeks and emailed again, this time with no response. I finally had to file a report with my bank to get my money back. Thankfully I had those emails and was able to prove I had tried to work with the company, because they did not follow through on their end of the purchase. I'm sad to write a poor review, at first the communication was great and I thought it was going to end well for all parties, but it didn't.
If I could give less than even 1 star I would. I ordered my skate bag from them August 2016. They didn't hesitate to charge me for it, card was charged that day. Still have not received my skate bag! Multiple emails to them with no response at all. Their phone number is BOGUS! They probably do not even exist. Their positive reviews are probably made up by them so they can keep scamming people! If I ever make it back to Cali, I am definitely looking to see if this store exists and going in there with printed receipt and demanding my bag. A scene will be made!
I ordered a penny board for my daughter that she had saved up her money to buy. We found the website and purchased the product. This was in late June. The transaction cleared two days later and as of today, I have no shipping confirmation and am getting no response from multiple email inquiries or numerous calls to the shop directly. I work with customers ever day and find this to be extremely unprofessional and am left questioning the legitimacy of Square Cat Skates as a business. I don't know what else to do but perhaps call the Better Business Bureau and report this incident.
I order a pair of skates online May 27 2015, I received a pair of skates that was a child. I was told to ship the skates back and they would immediately ship me a replacement a pair. After numerous phone calls and emails trying to find out when I will receive the new skates no one as responded back. Today is July 1 and I still don't have my skates but they were paid back in May. My opinion this is wrong, unprofessional and definitely not fair to me. All I want are my skates. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ...... 7.9..15.... My initial experience was a rough ride, finally contacted with Rage after a month, she turned my frustrations around. Rage was so apologetic I truly appreciated her honesty. I can say today I received my skates and I am so happy and cant wait to get to the rink. Thanks Rage
Order my skates and clothing on 4/29/16. Only received my skates, direct from distributor. I have emailed several times only to receive a shipping label was made confirmation. It's 7/12 still nothing. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.
My husband ordered skates for me from "Rage" 10 days ago. The PayPal account was charged immediately. That was April 9th. He has left phone messages and sent at least 2 emails requesting any form of confirmation of shipping or estimated arrival date. NOTHING. No reply, no email, no voice mail, no txt. There seems to be a theme here. It is absurd that in this electronic age there would be no follow through it's so simple. Let your customer know that the merchandise you have charged them for is on the way. Not replying is a choice. A bad one in my opinion
I am SO disappointed. I have never had this happen to me before with any company until now. I ordered my skates on September 22nd, 2016. It says on their website I should receive them within 7 business days. Today is October 10th and I still have no skates. I have tried calling their phone number at least 20 times with no answer. I have emailed meow and rage 10 times with no response. My money was taken out of my account the next day after purchasing the skates. Why do I not have my skates yet and why haven't I heard from anyone. Very POOR customer service. At this point, if I would have got a response from someone I would feel fine. But not hearing back from anyone, I feel like I need to get a lawyer involved. I want my 100$ back or give me my damn skates. My daughter had a skate competition this past Friday, we had to sit out cause we had no skates. I'M BEYOND PISSED. If they are on back order, tell me that! Are you busy to where we will receive them late, tell me that! I have not heard a word!!!! I would only give a 1/4 of a star, but it wouldn't let me!!
Ordered 3 weeks ago and have had no correspondence, other that an order confirmation and taking my money. Tried to call multiple times during posted business hours but got no answer. The voicemail says to email Rage for order questions, OK. Tried to email multiple times and still no response. I'm sure the shop is great but horrible online service. Order from somewhere else! I will update if I ever get my order. Update: I never got my order. Weak. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. I never heard a word from them.
Ordered skates on 6/1, with expedited shipping rates paid. Did not receive shipping information nor was I notified of back order. Can not get anyone on the phone during business hours. Sent multiple email messages and phone messages without response. Not good business practices!!! Very disappointed. One star was too much, as I still have not received my product.
it took a while to ship my product 15 days to be exact and this is day 15 still no product. according to ups my product is supposed to arrive on the 21st day so I would not recommend ordering from this store if you need you package soon. otherwise an ok store "Rage" gives very good discounts and it was worth the wait for me.
