Three weeks in and I'm able to play volleyball again for the first time in five years! I've gone to countless doctors and specialists with no luck prior to this, but Square One has put me on an excellent treatment plan to seems to finally be getting at the root of the problem. Plus, the staff is SO nice. They have been accommodating allowing me to pay two weeks late when my credit card got lost, letting me come in early when I need to leave at a certain time and friendly asking me what type of music I like and playing it on their speakers, sending a handwritten note in the mail. 10/10 experience and worth every penny.

I came here because of intense back pain, scoliosis, and migraine headaches. The migraines were daily, constant pain that I’ve had for 15 years.  With three months of treatment, I no longer have constant daily pain. My back pain has mostly disappeared, with minor flares every now and then. 3 months ago it was a struggle to even walk from room to room, let alone take care of myself or my children. My scoliosis is improving as well. I’m so thankful for everyone at Square One who has had a hand in overhauling my health so far and can’t wait to see how much more it improves as we continue on this journey.

I was BEYOND impressed with Square One health! The entire team there from the front desk to the healthcare providers are so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your health and wellness!!! They even stayed well beyond their normal working hours to get me out of pain with a chiropractic situation.  6 stars out of 5!

Took my athlete daughter here for Softwave therapy on her knee.  One session and she felt an immediate increase in the strength and stability of the injured knee.  This place combines physical therapy, chiropractic, and integrative options all in one place!  It truly fills a niche need, finally.

I couldn't even walk or stand for more than 5 minutes due to 3 herniated discs and unbelievably bad sciatica. One week of 3 treatments and I'm 60% better! I thought for sure I was going to need surgery but cancelled my appointment with the surgeon. Thank you square one! You guys literally saved me.

I couldnt possibly describe the level of respect I have for the folks at Square One. Everyone who works here is kind and personable. They seem genuinely excited any time anyone makes an improvement in their treatment. They all seem to know everyone patient who walks through the door. They're encouraging and patient but will always push you a little bit to make progress I had lost all hope of ever knowing what it was like to not be in pain again before I signed up for treatment. Because of the programs I have started, I had my first pain free day in 5 years after only three weeks of treatment! .the treatment may look a little bit like torture , but I'm always in less pain when I leave my appointment If you're struggling with pain in your muscles, bones, or nerves, check this place out. You won't regret it!!

I have been to Square One for my initial consultation and followup and been extremely pleased. Everyone has listened to my concerns about scoliois and I have felt understood and heard. This is the first place I have been that has offered any kind of help to alleviate my pain that doesn't involve medication or surgery. I will be fitted for a Scolibrace and start the Scolitherapy program and actually have some hope.

They were so understanding, helpful, and comforting! When I had car troubles and missed my first appointment, they were so on top of getting ahold of me to get me rescheduled. Once I arrived at the appointment, they made me feel important and informed. They gave me so much information, even on just a consultation, and really helped me understand how I could be a patient, they were very willing to work with my financial situation as well. I want to thank you all and I definitely will be back!  Update: so in love with the dedication and knowledge they have. James was great with me, very helpful. Front desk is always amazing and happy to see you. Very informative and gave you options that fit your goals and pocket.  NEVER had a more in depth and detailed experience anywhere else. So much information! Truly the place to be.

We brought our 12 year old daughter to Square One because her pediatrician noticed scoliosis. Due to the treatment plan set up by Dr Gubbels, in three months there has been significant improvement to her spinal alignment. She let us know that that she’s in much less pain and we can see improvement in her posture… and the re-evaluation appointments verified the changes. Thank you to Dr Gubbels, Jenna, and the rest of the amazing staff there.

First, they are very polite. I always felt welcome and they were considerate of my tardiness. But the first thing they did was yank my body in several directions without any consideration for what was actually wrong and made the matters worse. Most of the sessions that my insurance paid for were used very unproductively and without my continued input which was not solicited. Without my input which I gave without their solicitation, I am confident and that progress would not have been achieved, as limited as it was. The week before my session ended my input and the doctor's thoughtful consideration of my input allowed for some improvement. They apparently refused to use x-rays that were on file and persisted on x-raying me even though I have a sensitivity to electromagnetic discharge. With the improvement happening two sessions before the end that left one more session and the doctor yanked on both legs and my left arm. I felt compelled today to write this review to say that those last things that he did on that last day ruined the progress that we made. That's been a few weeks since then and my arm was pulled out during that visit. For what reason? I have no idea but he did it. And he yanked on both of my legs in a way that reversed the progress that we had made and similar to my shoulder, both of my knees acquired a tendon pinch of some kind as a result. I'm actually in pain. My arm is numb and my condition reversed to the point that it was when I arrived plus he actually created several injuries right before I left. My arm didn't feel like this before. This is an injury he created. It took me a couple of months to fix the neck injury he created on my first day I had to do that myself. Really polite staff though
