I just want to say how grateful I am for being able to be in a wonderful strength training class for approximately the past 12 years, instructed by Sandy McNeil. She pushed me beyond my limits and not only have I gained strength, endurance, confidence and knowledge of the body, she was an exceptional instructor. I was shocked and disturbed to find out after our class on Thursday, that there will no longer be strength training classes held at St. Francis and she was let go. The expertise she brought and the years of loyalty to The St. Francis Health & Wellness really impressed me and it will not be the same without her. Members of her class were never even approached to see what our opinion was. Sandy also had a great core class with an exercise ball that was cancelled with the new director. I was super sad about that but at least I had my strength training class but not any more. Needless to say I am very upset and disappointed in this facility. Many great instructors have left within the last 2 years, not to mention employees.
I line this place. Great facilities at great prices. Thre employees are welcoming.
The pool was clean, and well maintained. The lifeguard on duty was kind and friendly. Great place for family fun, or to get some water exercise!
The men's locker room and showers are filthy, slimy, and smelly and it's where I picked up athletes foot. The men's restroom smells strongly of urine. Gross and disgusting! Bad leadership!
They have a pool. Various kinds of exercise equipment. Different groups of exercise equipment are located in different rooms.
This gym is fantastic! The classes are great! This venue has everything you need for a good workout!
I have not gone to this hospital myself. I have worked with them on numerous occasions and the employees are caring.
Great gym for the price. Good variety of work out options, friendly staff, and clean facilities.
I like it but I wish it was easier to navigate around bc I get really confused when trying to do something new there More advertising too please
Has everything, outdated building but staff are friendly and keep it nice and clean
