From gymnastics to dance and even parent-child classes, our age-appropriate curriculum is designed to facilitate ongoing skill development and maximum fun.
Instructors ensure that children and their parents experience Serious Fun in every program. We put smiles on the faces of children, with our energetic, fun-loving attitudes.
The fun doesn't stop after class ends. Discover big adventure during our summer and school break camps, then get the party started with our Awesome Birthday Bashes. We lead the fun during our Awesome Birthday Bashes (on weekends) and our Parentsʼ Survival Nights (held select Friday)

"The Little Gym of Falls Church is the worlds premiere enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. Our trained instructors nurture happy, confident kids through a range of non-competitive programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, and pre-school prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bashes. Each week, progressively structured classes and a positive learning environment create opportunities for your child to try new things and build self-confidence, all with a grin that stretches from ear to ear."

Updating my previous review. We originally enrolled in a Saturday class for our 3 year old but wanted a small class. We switched to an evening class and it was great. All the teachers I have met are top notch. They are excellent with kids especially the little ones who are easily distracted. Love Mr. Antonio... I couldn't believe how he was able to hold my daughter's attention and teach her moves, help her with balance and strength, etc. She loves going to class which is great to see. It's a great facility with super, caring teachers.
We thought very hard before joining The Little Gym. It is pricey, but we decided to do it and we are very glad we did. Our 6y/o daughter is loving her "flips" class, and is encouraged, but not pushed. She truly laves the class, and definitely learns skills. Our 4 y/o son loves his class as well but we had really hesitated to sign him up because he can have a lot of trouble focusing and cooperating, to the point of parental humiliation. The Little Gym has become a place I can take all 3 of my children 2 y/o not enrolled but hangs out while siblings are in class The staff is wonderful and always keeps a positive attitude even when the kids are extra difficult. Especially Awesome are: Mr.Antonio, Mrs. Andrea, and Mr. Eric
I have been bringing my daughter to the Little gym for over a year now, and I have found the staff especially Ty and Antonio to be very professional and generous in spirit. They do their best to engage with the kids even when the kids are so young that they may not be ready to 100% follow instructions on everything all the time. It’s a very service oriented business, and I find the service to be very friendly. I would check to see that the classes work for your schedule if you’re interested. While your kids are here, you can do a little grocery shopping at the Safeway or grab a bite to eat right nearby so it’s convenient. I have noticed that since the shopping center has built out, it’s a little bit more difficult to park. During a early evening class, you might have to wait a few minutes to snag a space. The shopping center has filled up all their leases it looks like. The facility itself is well-maintained and in good shape and clean. For the kids dance classes they also seem to loan out shoes which is nice since the kids grow so quickly. They also offer things like parents night out classes were they will take your child and entertain them for several hours while you have hopefully a meal in peace with your spouse for a modest price.
We LOVE the instructors at Little Gym- Antonio, Ty, and Tim! Not only do they do a great job of teaching gymnastics, they make an extra effort to get to know each kid and treat you like family! They encourage kids to move at their own pace while building self confidence along the way. Grateful for our time spent here.
Lead instructor Eric was AWESOME, kids loved him and loved the dinosaur-themed activities he did for our 4 year olds party. The rest of the staff was very helpful in set up and clean up. We had a great time and would highly recommend The Little Gym!
Had my daughter's birthday party here. The venue is spacious, safe, and interesting. The staff was incredible. The program was well paced, inclusive, and energetic. Several of the other parents were impressed enough to plan their own children's parties there before we left.
Our daughter loves going to the little gym. She started off very shy but she's learned a lot from taking classes with Miss Liz! Everyone at this location is so welcoming and super nice!
My sister amd brother-in-law held my niece's birthday party here. The kids seemed to have a great time. However, I watched one of the workers come out the gym area, go put on her shoes and start handling the cups and plates and food. Very unsanitary!!!! Never saw the other worker wash his hands before touching the pizza.
This is our 2nd year with the Little Gym in Falls Church, and our daughter loves it! The staff is friendly and professional. They have so much fun with the kids : Try a free class of you're interested.
