First time getting stung by a jellyfish and didn’t have much luck googling what to do. Luckily it was a very mild reaction so I saw another couple asking a fireman a question. So I rang the doorbell and went to get something for me to put on for the stinging. Ironically it was preparation H but he said it works really well. But super nice people and really helpful to any questions.
Professionalism, commitment to community, and doing the right thing are alive and well at Fire Station #7! They helped us rescue a kitten that fell into a storm drain. She’s 4 weeks old and making a full recovery.
Thank you being there for the community of St. Augustine, I watched you save the lives of someone that was just in an accident as we we're driving through you're small community.
Our 18 month old was accidentally locked in the car with the keys in the car. SJCFD, SJCSO and SAPD all showed up within 5 minutes of being called and worked diligently to get her out. The 911 operator called Pop A Lock who was able to get the car unlocked. With the speedy response of all of these men, our baby girl is doing great. We can’t thank all of you enough for a great job well done.
