St Lawrence Super Coin Laundry

I don’t even know where to start. This place is filthy and disgusting. The machines are dirty and the area where to place the soap etc is just really nasty. The floor everything was just dirty. On top of the machines had accumulated so much dust. It’s ridiculous. Also guy made me have to do a cash back and charged $1.21 to do this. I only went to wash my comforter and was desperate. This was the closest place. At the place I frequented before they just let me wash then swipe my debit/credit card for whatever was owed. Not to mention the fact that I selected warm temperature and the items were still washed in cold water so their machines do not work. Also did not get a proper dry after 48 mins on med and high temperature. When I opened the dryer to check my clothes the timer kept going. I know this because I was using more than one and they both ended the same time. My skin crawled the whole time I was there. Never ever going back. Owner was brushing his teeth in the middle of the shop and using the sink there OMG . He wasn’t totally bad because he showed me how to use the dryers but otherwise seemed a bit miserable. One word to describe this place is GHETTO.

Left my $200 blazer for dry cleaning with sturdy instructions not to wet clean or use water and it can back ruined. If you are planning to have a special/ expensive item cleaner make sure you ask for the liability policy and consider insuring the item. The staff didn’t speak good enough English to resolve the issue when I picked up my jacket and pointed out the issues. Fabric is puckered/ rippled due to water damage and the back has an odd stain which looks like a palm leave/ tree shape - presumably from the steamer they used to press it despite being asked not to use water!

The lady at the front screened my laundry and told me I can’t use the machine to wash my dog bed. $9 for washing machine and to have someone ask you what your washing and tell you what your allowed to wash and not is ridiculous. Mind you my dog bed wasn’t even dirty I just wash it often so it’s nice and clean, would have just done it at home but my washer is too small. Waste of time!

Great washing machines. Very good price and a nice table and chair to sit down at while I waited. Thank you!

Great wash dry fold service, but be aware that they do not accept credit cards.

We dropped a load of washing off on our way to the Distillery District and paid for a wash, fold and delivery service back to our hotel. This service is absolutely fantastic they do pick up too direct from your hotel and the owner was so so helpful. All our washing was done and delivered the same day and folded with such care and attention. So convenient, easy and great value for money. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and extremely reasonable price. We left our washing about noon and they were cleaned, folded and delivered back to our hotel the same day by 5.30pm. We only have to pay $35 for two bags of washing and if I have known they pick up as well, I would be more than willing to pay the extra price. It costs $6 to wash one undies at the hotel!! Best laundromat I have ever used during our travel.

Excellent wash and fold service. We picked St. Lawrence because it was on the way to visiting the Distillery from our hotel. We dropped off 11lbs of laundry at around 2pm and got the regular delivery service you can get expressed service for CAD 10 more. Gave them our hotel name and room number, paid CAD 40 $30 USD and we got clean laundry by the promised time of 9:30PM at the hotel the same night while we were out all day sightseeing. Very convenient, they did a good job. Highly recommended.
