Horrible people and horrible place, 7.75$ for washer and they force you to use atleast 2 or 3 of them. I wish I could give 0 star or negative.
I called this morning because my washing machine broke. Thank goodness the lady on the phone told me to bring deterrent. I would not have otherwise. When I arrived the gentleman there opened the machines for me. Made sure I sanitized my hands and once I loaded my laundry he turned on the machines so no touch contact on my part which I prefer. He told me to come back in twenty minutes, go get myself a coffee next door if I wished. I came back and loaded up my clothes and left. It was a very good experience. The only thing is when I got my clothes home I noticed they had a touch of a musty smell so they do need to clean their machine more throughly and often to maintain then and ensure that smell does not persist. Other wise I would recommend this place to do your laundry.
The hours are good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The machines are well maintained and clean. There are triple load capacity washers for comforters and other heavier loads if you need them. The seating area is cozy, but if it's too cozy for your liking there's a Starbucks across the road.
Best laundromat I've ever been to regarding customer service! It was my first time there, I had a mold situation, so I had 7 extra large bags filled with laundry. They helped me carry it in, showed me how to start the machines and in all it took me 2hrs to do my laundry when I thought I'd be there for 6! They are very helpful and kind!!
The attendant was very friendly and helpful as it was my first time at a laundromat. It’s a very small cramped place and easy to miss. I first went to the cleaners next door, which was closed and therefore was confused as on the Internet it’s states that it’s opened on Sundays. Then I noticed a sign pointing to next door. The machines only take quarters and the attendant will make change but only with cash. There are two banks close by to get cash - a CIBC next to the cleaners and a RBC a block south. The washing machines cost $2.75 and the large 3 loader machines cost $6.50 and take 30 minutes. As the place is small, the attendant can see everything, so it’s safe to leave. There’s a Starbucks on the corner and a Tim Hortons beside the RBC the next block south. There’s also a pretty cool comic book store, two stores north that sell new, old and really old comics.
The lady in charge was super helpful. She helped me set up the washers and let me a stay little later past the closing time so i could finish up.
This place is kind of hidden and easy to miss. Staff always seem welcoming. One of the only Laundromats left around the area.
Crammed with junk so little space to move around. Staff decides what and how much you put into the washing machine, as well as the setting, before it can be turned on... Ditto with dryer. Very annoying place!
They have excellent wash machine and the owner is very polite! She helped me how use the machine.
These people bought hand sanitizers at Dollarama accross the street for $2.99 then sold them for $29.95........price cheats!!!
