I don't remember what her name was, but if you get the woman judge I suggest you get a new judge or change courts. The amount of incompetence from her was staggering. I was after an AMICABLE divorce. She wanted a very specific piece of paper, but could not convey to me what said paper was. It was for property and was supposed to have the lot number, address, and name on it. I gave her literally 5 different documents with all information on it. I fully think she did it just to spite me, because I was male and doing all of the pleadings, filings and without a lawyer. Thats fine dropped the case went to a different court, got it done with 0 problems.
Circuit clerk Joan Gilmer is guilty of a lack of due diligence, lack of due care and responsible for lack of institutional control on behave of the missouri department of child support. I have documentation with her stamp on it that proves that she does not review any documents that comes across her desk and does not do her job. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general office to have her investigated for political lack of due diligence and misuse of use government funds as she is being compensated while not conducting her sworn duty as a public servant. She will be held accountable and for her actions in a court of law and justice will be served.
I had a few questions regarding an order of protection against someone who was threatening my life , The women who answered the phone was no assistance and seemed frustrated with my questions. She immediately transferred me to a supervisor who also could not provide me with any answers and had a unprofessional attitude.SMH please remember we are the victims, and our questions could be a matter of life and death..
Given the fact that in general court experiences are not normally pleasant.,,, I have been in attendance to several different courtrooms here recently and was treated with respect and got help from everybody. Thank you
St. Louis County Court is a place where I spend a lot of time. While it is easy for me to navigate as a lawyer, it can be confusing for some of my clients. Here's why: Below you will see a picture of the St. Louis County Court. This is where they have most cases including criminal cases after "arraignment." Across the street you will find the Buzz Westfall Justice Center aka County Jail This is also where you can find the Prosecuting Attorney's Office and a the associate circuit courtrooms for criminal cases. This means that if you or a loved one just got charged with a crime, you are most likely to have your first hearing in a courtroom in the Justice Center. Pro Tip: Below you will see a bridge between the St. Louis County Court and Justice Center. This is called the "sky bridge" and you can use it by going to the 2nd floor of the justice Center and following the sign across to the Courthouse and vice versa. Ryan J. Krupp
Most of the staff are professional and helpful. One of the bailiffs, Val is the exact opposite unfortunately. Her special skills involve belittling and harassing almost everyone in the courtroom, bullying those she personally doesn't like, and being so bored in her personal life that she brings her pettiness into her job with her. I won't go into details but it's obvious she enjoys making people as miserable as she clearly is. At least that's what I was always taught as a kid. I also was shocked to see her openly engaging with flirting with court participants during court recess as an employee of the state. Very unprofessional and rude conduct for a courtroom.
The people working in the family court needs to be fired They are all a professional and ruled if u want a divorce forget about it
I filed for emancipation 5 months ago. I've called the courthouse at least 50 times within that time to get updates or any kind of help with my case. The last time I called, they FINALLY got me a hearing. When I received the hearing notice in the mail, it was a hearing notice for a name change.... but i filed for emancipation. And it said I filed on December 13th... but I filed on August 10th. my hearing was filed by Joan M. Gilmer.
I paid for my divorce twice constantly giving me the run around
Received a speeding ticket in November 2019. Called the court in Feb 2020 because my ticket showed pending in the system and wouldn't let me pay it. Clerk told me that my court date has been suspended and would let me know a new court date. Kinda dumb since I was gonna plead and pay but whatever. Fast forward to OVER A YEAR LATER, I receive a notice with my new court date 4 days before I'm scheduled to appear. Website they give never works and I can't pay it now. Couldn't appear because I can't get off work with 4 days notice. Now I see why people have a warrant for dumb stuff like this
