My daughter's pediatrician referred us to Dr Malone for her Hashimoto's. I called every couple weeks to try and make an appointment and they kept telling us the doctor just had to review it and would be calling me any day now to set up an appointment. That went on for over 3 months. The last time I called Dr Malone's office, they said to check with my pediatrician's office because they gave them information regarding an appointment for her. I just talked to my pediatricians nurse and she just said for some reason it was denied and they wouldn't see my daughter without any explanation to the nurse as to why. So now that 3 months have been wasted, we get to find someone else to take her to....hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Janet is always so knowledgeable and helpful. We just love her. As a new diabetic she makes it much easier to understand.

Everyone was so very nice and informed and went over all results. My husband was with me and we both agree that he is one of the best doctors we've ever seen.
My regular doctor called and referred me. I waited and never got a call. My doctor called for me again and they said they forgot. I waited again for a month and decided to call. Receptionist couldn’t tell me why I’ve not been able to get an appointment. Said she’d have a nurse call. No nurse has called. I tried calling a 2nd time and got the same answer. Even though I’ve insurance and no medical debt I suppose they don’t want to help. I would recommend Boise or Pocatello if you’ve thyroid problems.
The receptionist was professional, the nurse was professional and the Dr. Was professional from beginning to end.
Janet does a great job with giving detailed information for my insulin pump and diabetes.
