I was TERMINATED as a patient. My insurance group was no longer going to insure this provider, so I could not afford to do any follow-ups. While I do admit to poor communication, I just called to try & get back in, and was told" No, they will not let you back in". After I had just learned that my insurance has reconsidered McClaren as an allowed provider. Treated with no respect or regard at all. Would not let me explain the situation. No wonder they're a failing provider.
Amanda Kruse is the best, she always spends time with you and never seems like she is in a hurry to leave the room, very nice and concerned about what is going on with you. She is very clear on what the action plan is, I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Have been seeing this practice for many years. Both me and my husband. Highly recommend Dr. Dooley to anyone that needs a family MD. Love all the staff.
