We found this beautiful church by moving to North East a few years ago. When the first wave of the pandemic hit, we learned that the doors to the church were open to all for prayer. As we stood inside an empty, historic building full of peace, it was only a matter of time before we discovered the warmth and love of its’ congregation!
A family outdoor memorial service was held there, with all details carefully handled. Father John is excellent in planning, being available, and serving God & us. The organist played his violin beautifully, accompanied by his wife on the keyboard, providing the best music desired.
Have some family members that have been married here, went all their lives to service here and a few are even buried on the grounds. Congregation has always been caring, supportive and graceful no matter the event. Garden Market event each Spring offers a bounty for gardeners, crafty kinds and supports local vendors and the community, never miss it!
Attended the garden market this year - I am so happy they were able to hold it again this year.
Great history glad church has been taken care of and still used.
