I am fun, talented and experienced floral designer in the Cecil County area of Maryland. I have 20 years experience in the floral industry. I want to work with people to create their vision in a loose and carefree environment. I believe flowers showcase the venue and enhance the entire experience. Flowers should be affordable, beautiful and attainable. I offer rentals, custom arrangements, fresh stems, anything you will need to make your day special.

Priscilla and her team were a dream to work with. From my first consultation with her, I knew that she was the florist who would bring my wedding dreams to life. As we were speaking, she reviewed which flowers I liked, which I don't like, offered suggestions and had me look them up during our conversation, and asked heavily about color schemes and what I was hoping for. After my consultation, I received a quote which also had an inspiration board! It really helped me feel comfortable knowing Priscilla was listening to what I desired and was keeping a record of that as well. Last minute I'm talking day of I even needed to add on a corsage and Priscilla made it happen! I love flowers and my wedding bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, and other decor pieces were better than I could have ever imagined. If you're considering booking Twisted Vine, just do it. You will not regret your decision.

She was always very patient with my ideas as I changed my mind over our year and a half engagement and gave great recommendations. The money we spent on flowers was worth every penny! Priscilla her daughter and the team at twisted Vine are absolutely incredible!! She is the first and only florist I found after searching through dozens who truly saw my vision within my price range and found ways to repurpose florals from ceremony to reception. The florals were absolutely stunning!! Would recommend them for any wedding!
Priscilla and the team at Twisted Vine are amazing!! We recently used them for our wedding on 9.24.21 and I cannot rave enough about them or their work! I am still getting tons of compliments on our florals : From the second we started our consultation I knew working with Priscilla would be a great decision. She completely captured my vision within minutes. And while she provided a look book of the flowers she planned to use and how, seeing everything in person was 10x better then I could have expected and easily became my favorite aspect of the wedding. Priscilla is so talented and has a great eye for creating beautiful arrangements! I can’t recommend using Twisted Vine enough!
Twisted Vines was a phenomenal vendor to work with. They understood our needs immediately and have a great eye. They are flexible to work with and our florals from our wedding are gorgeous - for the mandap, the aisle, reception, centerpieces, and bouquet. I would continue to work with them given how healthy the flowers looked and how beautiful the whole set up was.

It was a pure delight to work with the girls in this shop! I was looking for a custom made flower arrangement for my best friend- her mom’s funeral was just two days away. I described what I wanted, emailed a vision I had, and the girls brought it to life. The flower arrangement was uplifting, cheerful, beautiful, and unique——just like her Mom I have been telling everyone I talk to about the wonderful experience I had and showing the picture to all! Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful, budget-friendly flower arrangement! Will most definitely use for all my flower needs in the future!!!!

Owner is amazing! She was patient and skilled. At the last minute she put something together for my grandmother and wife for Mother’s Day. I had my toddler with me, so she made sure the flowers would be secure on the ride; as well as walking me to my car and placing it in the car. 10/10 She’s the best!

Priscilla not only captured our vision for my daughter’s wedding, but made it beyond our dreams! The wedding was visually stunning due to the spectacular arrangements and many compliments were received.
