The entire staff was amazing! They were attentive and patient with our little guy when he didn’t want to cooperate with getting weighed and measured. They got us back in a reasonable time. Dr. Brea is amazing!!!
Dr. Conley and the medical team at this facility are top-notch. They understand what quality medicine and doctoring are, and they practice it. Ignore the anti-vax low-star reviews.
After my first visit for my newborn, I was informed that unless my baby got all of the vaccines come time for the 2 month appointment, that we were going to be kicked out from using them. Location policy which is whatever. I personally would like to do my own research to determine which ones I believe are best for her, therefore I decided after a second appointment to find a new pediatrician for my baby. During our first visit, it is protocol for them to scan my insurance card into the system, which they did. However once I received my bills in the mail, I noticed that they never ran it through insurance. I called them and sat on the phone for 20 minutes to figure out why. They stated that they didn't have my insurance information on file, so I gave it to them a second time and asked them to submit the bills to them before I will pay anything. Now today, several weeks later, I received a phone call from their bill collector person asking me how I was gonna pay my bill. I asked if they submitted it to insurance yet in which she stated that they had no insurance on file and no claims regarding the 2 times that I've given the information to them. So she transferred me over to a different department to add my insurance information to their system yet a third time. After being transferred, this next woman said that I had a $0 balance and insurance covered the entire bill, so she wasn't sure why they were contacting me to still pay the bill.... I am glad that I switched pediatricians! I would hate to go through this process each time she had an appointment.
Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff. The office did nothing to help me get the results of important testing. Luckily I work in healthcare and know how to get answers, but unfortunately not all patients know how things SHOULD work or how they should be treated. This office needs to correct the way they handle this type of situation and how they treat patients.
Refused to see my newborn because we were 10-15 minutes late. If you want compassionate staff that actually care about your kid this is not the place. Just another doctor office chasing the dollar. I have been taking my kids here for 5 years and never been late. Who doesn't allow some grace to a mother with a newborn.....
This is a wonderful clinic to bring your children to. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all amazing. My children's pediatrician, speaks with my children, and makes sure to keep them in happy spirits so their not afraid of their check-ups or visits. I love how they interact with my children, it's a great relief knowing your kids are comfortable with their physician and not afraid. I highly recommend them.
I can always get an appt here when i call... No long wait at all. The staff has always been very professional and kind.
If you get in the office, the doctors and nurses are great. The administrative office doesn't care about anything. You cannot get a same day appointment for a sick kid. They automatically refer you to urgent care which is much more expensive. I had to switch my children to the family medicine office so they could get the care they needed when they become ill.
Love them. Dr blount will be missed so much but we love Dr brea as well.
Only giving 2 stars because the nurses and the front desk staffs are wonderful and does a great job but the dr ... I have no words for him ..
