By far the best oil companies in the area. Since day one Rhonda and her staff have been great to us and our family. There service is outstanding too very polite and professional people working on your oil boiler. Thanks for everything I have had you guys for years and will continue for years to come.
We are very pleased with choosing Stadium Oil. We have been with them maybe 5 years now. Our past company closed and a larger one bought them out and the new company was so much higher than any company I searched. I found Stadium and like that it is family owned, competive prices, long history of being in the oil business. Very responsive when I have any concerns and there when we needed them in an emergency. We do automatic delivery and never been a problem where they forgot to come or we got too low.
My regular oil company was unable to do a heating repair and deliver oil. So I called Stadium Oil 2 days before Arctic air is coming to New England with an emergency oil whistle replacement and oil delivery and within one day the whistle was replaced and I had oil delivered. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. The technician who came to my house was professional and knowledgable. I am so happy with the superior customer service and will no use them for all my heating needs. Thank you Stadium Oil!!!!
Stadium Oil saved us! We were at the empty line on our oil tank right before the big snowstorm was about to hit this weekend. We moved here a few months ago and have never had to fill the tank before, so didn't have a set oil company we worked with. I found Stadium Oil online, called in, and Rhonda assured me that they could fit us into their schedule the next day, and TOTALLY saved us from running out of heat during the storm. I called a few other oil companies closer to our home first, but Stadium Oil was the only company willing to go above and beyond to fit us in, despite their already packed schedule. THANK YOU Rhonda!!
I called the service the night before a recent storm to leave a message to request a call back the next morning as my oil was very low. Within 5 minutes, I was so surprised when Rhonda, the owner, called to express concern, check my oil supply and make sure that it could even wait until the morning. I can't say enough good things about this company, having used two different companies in the last three years. As they say, the third time is a charm. Super service, price, and people!!
We were paying ridiculous prices and the customer service was awful on top of it. Then I called Stadium Oil. Got the answering service, and the Owner Ronda called me back personally within THIRTY SECONDS of me leaving the message. She was absolutely fabulous. Answered all my questions, got me signed on with her and I had my oil at 7 this morning. It's nice to know companies that have that personal touch still exist. Use Stadium. They rock!
All of the bad reviews on here, I can’t believe it! I spoke to Rhonda. I am almost out of oil. I had a Very bad experience at another local oil company run around and Rhonda was MORE than pleasant when she heard of my situation. She never once bad mouthed or spoke negatively of the company, she simply sympathized and did her best to get someone to my house ASAP, as I am about to run out of fuel and I have 5 children. This is a company that values their customers and this is a one hand washes the other world. I hope to bring them a lot of business as they service me.
Stadium Oil answered my call promptly and found a way to take care of my family's oil on short notice. Unlike some other oil companies I'd talked to, Rhonda was also far more personable and attentive over the phone. I look forward to giving them more business in the future!
We went with Stadium because of how responsive they are. As new homebuyers who didn’t think to check the oil level a couple of winters ago, we called everyone we could find - two young kids and no heat in the winter was not good. Stadium was the only company who responded right away it was late and came that same day. Can’t ask for more than that.
When I could not get oil from my normal supplier, I called Stadium. I was desperate to get oil as a storm was about to hit. When I asked if they could deliver today I was told yes. When I said i was not a customer, the woman who answered the phone not only chastised me for buying from another company, but also flat out told me they would not deliver oil to their customers. This is right before a huge storm is about to hit and my oil tank is near empty and I just returned from being away for the holidays. this is how you treat people when a storm is coming? AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spread the word about this horrible, Heartless company. The woman answering the phone needs to be fired. She is losing the company business. She said she got 5 calls from another oil company and she refused all of them because “when you buy from a discount supplier, what do you expect?” Well, I get great service from them, NOT STADIUM!
