Tri-the-Illini is a sprint triathlon at the University Of Illinois hosted by the Fighting Illini Triathlon Club, on September 21st, 2014! It is a great triathlon for beginners, age-groupers, collegiate, and elite triathletes. The triathlon consist of a 300 m swim at the Activities & Recreation Center's pool (ARC). The 14.5 mile bike course south of campus offers a long, flat straights that makes for a fast course, followed by the exciting 3.1 mile run course through the heart of campus.
