Only 1 employee seemed to know where anything was. Was never offered any assistance finding things-instead it seemed like all of the workers were focused on completing their closing duties, even though it was still an hour before closing. Then when we were ready to check out, we were told we couldn’t use cash after 5pm. I don’t understand, it was 5:05pm, the store doesn’t close until 6pm, you would rather turn away a sale and perhaps gain new faithful customers than have to add extra money to your nightly deposit? Do you really get your deposit ready before you close? Is it right to assume it is somehow more important to be done with work and out the door promptly at 6pm than to take in more cash sales? What if I wanted to buy something that cost several thousand dollars? Would you still turn this sale away? We were trying to find a local store to source all our restaurant supplies and equipment; we still need 2 panini presses, a large freezer, a display fridge, 2 microwaves, a make table as well as a fair amount of other serving, storage and cleaning equipment. We will be visiting the other suppliers in the area in an effort to Not have to order our stuff from Amazon, but honestly the thought of ordering online and having all our stuff delivered is much more appealing after this extremely disappointing experience

Horrible customer service. Waiting 10 min to check a price and confirm availability. Had to hang up. Ugh Amazon wins again

What a great place to wander through if you are looking for items for your kitchen, commercial or, home. Friendly, helpful & courteous staff. They value you as a customer. I will be back!

I have never visited a restaurant supply store. All I can say if you must drop in and check out their racks. Amazing, I was there to get a sink for my studio. I need to go back and pick a floor mat. The staff was professional and friendly and very helpful. I was surprise to find out that they carry supplies to jazz up your coffee with designer syrups and so much more. Last but, least prices were affordable.

Well my grist experience was great everyone was help full Second experience not so much store manager handled everything very personal but the rude gentleman before did not very very rude no did not look at the product before they put them back i the box but after the manger said they would not except the return I was fine with that but for the gentleman to keep examining everything after there was no return should have not touched my product and no mask

Let me start by saying if you need anything kitchen related, whether you're a home cook or a professional, please come here before waiting in the long lines at the big box stores or paying their fees for the same products. I found this place at the last minute to get some baking supplies and they had everything I needed for my recipe, plus a bunch of other cool goodies for my kitchen. I was astounded how inexpensive everything was and the staff was SO helpful. I'll never buy my kitchen supplies from Walmart, Target, Home Goods or any other big box store again knowing that I can get commercial grade supplies here at Wholesale prices. Thank you so much Standard!

The staff are amazing and I can get just about every flavour of syrup for seltzer or coffees under the sun.

Amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Amazing selection, good competitive prices. As a minority it is nice not being stalked around a store like other places

Seemed expensive but if you join club its probably cheaper. Didnt have walkin door closer but at least they are open on saturday! I will recommend.
