My fiance just bought a new desk, we brought it home and it was cracked in half. We needed the desk for the next day. We called to return it because they were closing in 30 minutes just so I could give them a warning and ask if it was a problem. They only had the floor model left. They got it ready for him but when we brought it home and disassembled it to get it through our front door the legs were cracked from previous assembly. It also looked like they put dry wall screws in the leg to get it to stay for the display... They didn't offer us a discount on the floor model that already has dinged up corners before we even knew about the damaged leg. I appreciate them helping us before they closed that is why I give a 2 stars but the fact that both tables are broken really rubs me the wrong way... So we have a broken desk and have to makeshift the broken leg to stay on just so he has a desk for Monday. Plus we wasted gas going back to return the previously broken one. Hope someone can make this right
I was very disappointed in my experience here on Thursday May 18 at about 7:30. I must've have been waiting for about half an hour for the heavier set gentlemen to replace the ink on one of the printers. Instead he was talking to one of his friends who, admittedly, had a very cute orange cat in her backpack. Nonetheless, I waited and waited for him to replace the CYAN ink on the self-serve printer as it had ran out in the middle of my 50 page print-out for work. The printer didn't give me a receipt so this will be fun trying to expense. I would like to however give thanks to the young woman who was doing her best to help me, she deserves a raise.
This location always has plenty of stuff to choose from and also has a nice selection of clearance. They are always really nice here, so I will continue to shop at this location.
The worst service, don’t had any costumer services for assistance, never come at this place
The store manager was very short and unhelpful with an issue I had,the supervisor looked at me dumbfounded and never even said he was a supervisor when I asked to speak to the manager…I will never go back to that store! Worst customer service I’ve ever had in a store
I went into staples specifically to fax over some paperwork for my sons doctor. There was a man working the desk who was writing things on a piece of paper. When I approached the fax machines I told the man that I needed assistance and he told me I had to use my card first and than follow directions on the machine to fax the papers. So I tried fit myself and couldn’t figure it out. So I once again asked the man for assistance because I did not know how to work that kind of fax machine. He was very rude with me as if I was bothering him. There was also another woman who had been there before me who said she was also waiting to be helped and she was also about to leave because of the way she was being treated as a customer. As I decided to leave the store I walked past the other employees at the other registers by the exit and told them they need assistance in the fax area and they also did not ask me any questions or greet me or any of that matter. It was just rude and weird.
I went to the Millville, N.J. Staples to take advantage of the tax-free weekend. I was purchasing supplies for an organization and was able to get everything on my list. When I was checking out, the young man at the register - whose name was David - brought to my attention that I’d be able to save even more money with the Staples app. David was patient and offered to help if I needed it. With his assistance, I was also able to ‘connect’ to my Staples Rewards. I was very grateful for David’s assistance. The Millville Staples is fortunate to have such an excellent employee.
Would not honor the insurance to cover the damages that happened while in their services, I shipped a none broken item and the recipient got a damaged item and insurance wouldn't cover it after talking to both of us and both of us emailing pictures.
I needed assistance making copies & I was ignored. She clearly didn’t want to help & was very unprofessional. I finally got assistance from a nice young lady but at that time I was frustrated because what should’ve took 5 seconds took 10 mins.
the staff is so rude, I asked for help and the two ladies behind the counter didn’t even help. their attitudes are very unprofessional they should be fired. I do not recommend going here.
