I used the hour pick up option for a product at this store. I had two small kids in the car and I was in a rush. Shahin, the manager, didn’t hesitate to run out my order to my car. I don’t think curbside was an option but he was so kind to help me so I didn’t have to get my kids out for such a small and short task. Once he got me my item, I asked him about the color and again, he didn’t hesitate to go back in and get me a new color. He did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience at all. People around seemed to know of his kindness as he even got a shout out from another customer driving by shouting about his tendency to be helpful. He was extremely helpful and you can tell that he held such a high value for moms and kids with his actions and words. Thank you Shahin, you made that morning go so seamlessly!
A HUGE thank you to all employees who helped out at the store today. They were able to help complete my laminating project in a pinch and were very kind and went above and beyond for all their customers trying to accommodate everyone. 10/10 to all! Thank you again!
I used to come here very often because they are one of the only supply stores in Aliso Viejo. But everything changed when today, I enter the store and immediately the store clerk asked "Are you here to walk around or buy something?". I replied that we were here to browse and the store clerked yelled, "Then get out of my shop!". Extremely rude service, and I am very disappointed with Staples.

I have shopped at this Staples store for several years, and have never had a problem finding what I need for all my stationery needs. Each staff member has always been helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, informative, thoughtful, and considerate, even with my returns. Recently, I shopped the after Thanksgiving sale to purchase a laptop computer which I was very disappointed with. After discussing my dissatisfaction with the computer with one of their salesman, I easily returned it the next day, and was assisted by a different salesman who showed me other laptop options, in which I purchased a HP laptop, a little more in cost but on sale, well-built with better performance, and met all my needs and expectations. After having my data transferred to my new computer by their skillful technician, I am now so happy with my new computer, and the salesmen and staff who took the time, energy, and effort to ensure that my purchases met my needs and satisfaction. I have no complaints whatsoever, only compliments. I highly recommend this store.
A+++ to Matthew and the crew at Staples! Thank you Matthew for going above and beyond for all of your help. I made a boo-boo and thought a $549 printer didn’t make it in my car. I had the help of Shahin sp? who I had asked to review the footage and check the inventory. This they did and I still couldn’t find the printer. I had 5 packages that were shipped of products that I had purchased 4 that were supposed to go to Arizona and 1 that was supposed to go to Atlanta. 3 ended up going to Atlanta. When I called and explained the situation and asked for pre-paid UPS labels to be issued and a refund for the packages… Matthew didn’t even blink an eye and said yes and emailed the labels. After the 3 packages arrived in Atlanta my friend had to repackage the ones that were supposed to get shipped to Arizona. In a panicked frenzy after checking the house, office and everywhere in between I asked my girlfriend if she noticed in the boxes if there was a printer… thank you baby Jesus…it was there! During another outing to Staples today I let Matthew know that there was no need for me to review the camera footage and that it was found. Grateful to the associates at Staples for keeping cool and making going above and beyond and helping. It’s rare that when a company/associates make a mistake that the actually acknowledge or try to make it right. I feel like most customer service associates deflect and lack ownership and attempt to make the situation right BRAVO…I most certainly could never work in a customer service position because I am not cool like a cucumber. Thanks again guys!

I have shopped at this Staples store frequently, and have always been well assisted and informed of products they carry and products they recommended, and have always received the utmost care. This past after Thanksgiving sale event, I purchased a laptop computer on sale which was one of the various selections, in which I purchased. Though I do not purchase expensive items without previous research, I purchased the laptop based on reviews while in the store. While my order was being written up, I was encouraged to purchase software and protection which was installed by their great technicians. Well, to my surprised, after picking up my new computer after all data was transferred from my old computer, I was dissatisfied by the computer's performance, in which I returned it within a few days because it was covered within their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Well, I was well assisted by their sales team who listened to my issues regarding the returned computer in which I was directed to a HP Pavilion on sale, which I purchased and have been happy ever since. I appreciate all the effort, skill, knowledge, technical service and great customer service. Thank you so much Staples team!!
Excellent customer service provided by Skyelar, Print and Marketing Supervisor! I was next in line for my printing and I observed how well she handled her customers, making sure they were completely happy with their printing. She kept the work flow moving smoothly, efficiently and with expertise! Very impressed! Great team!
I wanted to give a shout out to Matthew that works at the Aliso Viejo Staples. I took my grandson back to store as he didn’t think his wireless mouse worked. Matthew showed him where the USB was located in the mouse and gave him some handy tips. Fabulous customer service. My grandson talked on way home how nice he was to him.
