I received a small charge to my bank account from this company when I was no where near Kentucky. I saw other people had similar charges and I contacted them thinking maybe they had a way to solve this since it had happened before. Nope. Said my card information had been stolen and someone made a card I guess and only used it on 2 dollar parking. Didn’t even offer to refund. Nothing. Guess I’m canceling my card because there’s a fraudulent 1.6 Star parking service in ky that has to nickel and dime people.
cited me for not paying after I paid. Itdoes not get worse than that, maybe except the incredibly rude people that represented them in the lot. Showed these guys my digital receipt and they dismissed me "yeah okay we'll let you off this time" only for me to get a citation anyway. In the future I'll just park illegally.
An employee for the company attempted to harass me into paying extra for a parking spot, and he wouldn't even provide a receipt. To explain, I had paid for the parking spot using the Passport App Like I always use to park, but I was accosted by an employee for the company and told that "I was going to pay $10" in addition to what I paid via the app. I did not like the manner in which the employee approached me or interacted with me. He was aggressive, unfriendly, and above all would not provide a receipt that I paid him. A parking service should be above board and not be playing games with customers; I don't trust my vehicle being safe in their lot and would recommend that you STAY AWAY from them. As others stated, you can't trust the kiosk, or, in my case, trust the Passport App to save you from a ticket or harassment from their employee.
They had no signs on one of the payment kiosks and every time we tried to pay it declined the card. It declined the card for 3 people behind us too and when we can back out after our event, we had a ticket. There was no contact number on the kiosk so we couldn’t even call about our problem with trying to pay. We confronted the manager, the manager basically told us we were sorry outta luck. If you can avoid this company, PLEASE DO.
Same situation as everyone on here. The kiosk that receives the money isnt functioning properly when we came out of the store there was a ticket on our vehicles. No number to call and no other information. Please dont partinize these parking lots....they are a rip off.
Posts fraudulent charges to your account. Unless of course you catch them and dispute it.
Charge my debit card with fraudulent charges at small amounts. This now happens every year.
