We offer a variety of fitness classes such as Zumba and Yoga starting at the low price of $5 A class. Yoga and meditation class fees are slightly higher.

A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning..... If your interested in a more holistic approach to fitness, then our Meditation and Yoga program my be just what you need. these age old holistic practices help to bring about enlightenment and overall spiritual and physical well being; you must register for these classes first(yoga-meditation) no drop-in's please.
