Athena Waldstein, the founder of Stay the Course Training Systems, has extensive experience as a Personal Trainer, Bootcamp Instructor, CrossFit Coach and a competitive athlete. Athena is an elite raw 67kg Powerlifter, with a background in CrossFit, and a former running addict. Athena truly has the ability to relate to and assist a wide range of clients/athletes. She aspires to pass along her knowledge and experience to better her clients as athletes as well as individuals, so that they too can become the very best versions of themselves.
