CrossFit HardStyle, located in Johnston, IA, was started by five friends who each have a passion for health and fitness and wanted a means to share that passion. Our fitness programming utilizes the CrossFit method of "constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity" coupled with a robust strength program incorporating powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and Russian (hard style) kettlebell. Our workouts are designed to scale to any fitness level so whether you are an elite athlete or have never exercised, you will have continuous dramatic results. All of our coaches have medical and science backgrounds combined with multiple fitness certifications in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, StrongFirst (Russian) Kettlebell, etc. giving you the best training environment in the Des Moines metro area.
