Prior to 2019 I had heard of Stein Mart and visited once as a favour for a friend. I didn’t care to even look around as I thought it was an “old-lady” store with less than desirable items accompanied with outrageously inflated retail prices, but.... On an outing with my mother some time in Mind 2019, she wanted to go. I opted to join her and gave it a fair shot. I was extremely surprised. There is a range of the nicest clothes in one store, all of the premium brands. Also, the prices are more than fair, I have expanded my wardrobe with desirable clothing for the same cost and poor quality clothing. If you are a person who takes pride in their appearance and would rather wear something from a reputable clothing company, go here. I promise you won’t be let down and you will be pleasantly surprised by the low cost. Take my word on this one, you will be glad.
I don't know why I don't shop here more often. I always find something funky but tastey at the same time. Don't forget the classics too. Shannon wore a warm & friendly smile. Glad I stopped by.
This location is a customer service favorite they are five star. I have never had a bad service experience. The ladies clothing selections are quality but, often geared toward a more seasoned shopper. The shoe department in this store is a rare gem. It is not large but, often has very nice... high quality shoes.
The store itself is well organized and appears clean. Good selection of clothing, home, and gift items. However I'm taking two stars off for atrocious state of bathroom....store not busy and had plenty of employees wandering around, but ladies room out of soap, had debris scattered on floor, and waste basket overflowing- YIKES!!! Perhaps they have cleaning service come at couple times a week instead of regular store employees checking?
I have worked at Stein Mart for almost 10 years now and I enjoy the "family" atmosphere with my coworkers and management. They have great quality merchandise including a Fabulous selection of footwear!!! Stop in one anytime and see the experience for yourself!
Stylish clothing and shoes for women, men and children, accessories, home furnishings and gift selections all at discount prices with weekly sales. An elite card will deepen the discount as will their credit card. Stock changes frequently. Never boring and the store is immaculate.
I havent shopped here in a few years, but it was wonderful! I found what i wanted easier then most stores, signs posted where you could see them. Moving thru the different areas was so convenient. I have bad knees so this was big factor for me. Their prices will have me going back more often and handicap parking was plenty as was parking in general. But moving around the store again, was really the big one for me, no tight aisles and enough employees around to help if needed. I live in hudson and have no problem making a trip there again in future. Love, love, loved it!!!
As ever, slow checkout is a problem for all Stein Mart stores. However, a good selection of clothes, particularly dresses, and competitive prices. Very much geared to a more "mature" market, but overall a good experience.
This place seems to finally offer clothes for younger men. Younger as is under 50. Before it was all old clothes and styles. They've picked it up a bit. Not a whole lot to offer for smaller women, my wife has a hard time finding anything her size her.
I love this store. It's so nice and has everything I need. The staff are really understandable when there is confusion with the coupons or the sale of the week. They have everything I need. Come check it out !
