Whoever does the ordering for the store needs to be fired. First you go several days with no 32 oz cups. Then you shut your soda machine down for about a week. And now you have no more 32 oz cups once again. You're running a business run one with accuracy.
Very clean store. They have a lot of choices for drinks, coffee and many different snacks. I found the prices for their snacks to be a little bit expensive. The gas pumps worked well. Gas prices were pretty good. The employees were friendly and pleasant.
Don’t know what’s going on lately but the diesel pumps are SLOW; 30 min to fill up. Coupons are nice but my time is also valuable. Diesel trucks have big tanks, fix the fuel dispense rate! Edit: pumps have been fixed, thank you! Now if we can make sure to have paper towels at all times, this place would be perfect!
Would not give a price of an item over phone. Disabled and difficult to get out so when need to it helps to know a price before hand to manage best deal.
Talk about customer service!!! A+++++. Had a tire blowout after work and Logan at this location went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. His expertise, friendliness and willingness to help me out of a bad situation saved the day. Many people like to only write bad reviews but this guy truly went above and beyond to help. I appreciate you Logan and Thornton's should know what a tremendous thing and job you did and are doing. Thank you so much. The world needs more Logan's in it. Appreciate everything. Really do!!!
I purchase my fuel from this location regularly because I work in the area. Restrooms have been closed for a couple of weeks, at least the last coupleof times I've stopped in. Will they be reopening soon? As ridiculous as it sounds, the clean Restrooms are a major player in my I utilize your location to fuel up.
Love to stop here for gas and ice. Tina and her crew are the best. Very friendly and clean store. The feedback is completely generic and seems automated on the reviews. Other than that 2
I have been stopping for gas smokes & the away cola Icees for 4yrs or more & ALWAYS welcomed in like your visiting family or close friends , Not to mention their prices beat other stores by far, plus the store is always clean including the soda machines, the bathrooms etc that alone is it hard to find
Andy was my hero today. Pulled in today to get gas and because my air pressure gauge light was on. Turned out out I had possible flat. Went to put air in the tire and the machine's card reader wasn't working. Went and got some coins. The machine it's self wasn't working. Speaking of which you guys should get that fixed A little annoyed but not to the fault of the attendants. And here comes Andy with some spare time and so much kindness. Brought over his Air pressure machine and found a nail in my tire. Even did a quick patch job on it so I could take it to a mechanic which I was not expecting. I live over 30 mintues away and this awesome human saved me so much time and some money. I honestly can't thank him enough.
Thorntons is awesome. We used to have a really rundown Shell in this location, so when Thorntons came in with it's big convenience store, I was very happy. And they do have a lot of stuff in there! It's a very nice place, and honestly it doesn't feel like a gas station convenience store. Usually those places are pretty gross but this place is always clean and generally nice inside and out.
