First time there today. Was greeted by Rachel the store manager. She explained they are in between a Neiman Marcus and a TJ Maxx but laid out more like a department store so you can find things easily. She was so right...store including the dressing rooms was clean and everything was marked with a correct pricing... loved the clearance racks.
I enjoy shopping at Stein Mart and have had success with finding perfect gifts/apparel there for several years. Prices are great, quality is great, and I have stumbled upon fun items here and there in their home department. Everyone working there has been friendly. A shout out to Darren who was there the last several times I have been shopping. He was very helpful and fun spirited
This store is beautiful- bright, clean, and spacious. They have a wonderful assortment of top labels, things that you won't see in other local stores. And if you catch their clearance sales- jackpot! I can't understand why this place isn't packed with shoppers. I used to be a Maxinista, but now Stein Mart is my favorite haunt.
Stein Mart has become my favorite place to shop for clothes. I've been a clothes horse since my teenage years and some of the clothes remind me of those days. So many unique clothing pieces and unique gifts. The sales are fantastic as well, especially with coupons. I only wish they'd put a Stein Mart in Harrisburg.
If I could give them zero stars I would! The cashier was extremely rude and I ended up putting my stuff on the counter and walked out. With employees like that it's no wonder why the store is closing. The sales really aren't that great in the first place and sure not worth the hurassment I received by the cashier!!! EXTREMELY disappointed!! Even it it wasn't going out of business I would NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!
I usually love Stein Mart, this one is okay. Not the best. I will be curious to see how organized it is after the holidays. Great location, easy to find. Lots of other shops nearby so it is worth the trip.
This place is the go-to place for casual and semi formal dressy clothes. The prices are very reasonable, the selection is impressive, and spacing of the racks and bright lighting make it a great place to shop. There no girls boys or infants departments, and the domestics and kitchen areas offer more novelty items than anything else, but the Accessories, mens, women's, misses, petites, juniors and intimates department rival that of Marshall's, TJ Maxx or Ross.
I bought a lot of items for the home when the store first opened and then it seemed as though they just did not restock. I also had to return a few items and the manager was super rude! Since I spent a lot of money for the holidays...not a way to get a customer to return...and I will not ! The store is drab..carries many of the same brands as Boscov's, Marshall's, and TJ's...my real go to stores...Do not think I will be back any time soon! I keep looking to see if they are going to bring in some really cool different items..disappointed!
Besides the fact that they don't have a good selection of Jean shorts in the stores, it has a GOOD variety of all types of clothes and shoes you could need and want. One of my favorite clothing stores now.
Very disappointed in the appearance and layout of store. When you visit a Stein Mart in Florida you enter into a very impressive and organized welcoming. This store looks like you are entering a warehouse. No carpet or beautiful gift ctr as you enter. Someone needs to clean up the looks and make it more appealing.
