We liked that the salesperson didn't hover over us, but let us walk around the store. We looked at end tables and found what we liked. We had ordered some end tables at another store, and since we wanted 2, we were told that it would be about 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive. Over 2 months later, no guarantee of when they would arrive. Here all we had to do is pick them up at the warehouse at our convenience. For us it was the next day. The pick-up process was safe, fast, and efficient. There was an unbelievable amount of end tables on display. The salesperson was helpful and no pressure which we appreciated and liked.
My purchase was a schedule customer service pick up and it was a great experience at the time of my arrival. My item was delivered within five minutes. I am only providing a 4 star rating because of the drive to pick it up was approximately 35 minutes away. My salesman was Kevin Pearson, who handled my purchase with professionalism, timeliness, and follow up. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend him.
Our salesperson, Gerry, was very helpful, courteous and not pushy. The total experience was enjoyable and relaxing we feel very satisfied with our new purchases. Gerry, listened to what we were looking for and directed us to the areas in the store to view examples that would meet with our ideas. We enjoyed our repertoire with him which was light and humorous. Gerry is the only salesperson to help us finally achieve a satisfactory living room arrangement for the first time. We both commented to each other, at the end of our visit, in the future we will definitely ask for him again. Thank You
About a week ago we went to Steinhafels looking for a few new pieces of furniture. They had a huge selection to offer. As we began our search, we were kindly greeted by an associate; Craig was excellent. We told him some ideas for what we looking for and he helped us every step of the way. At first he gave us some space to explore on our own and wasn’t overbearing or pushy. When we were ready, he gave us some great suggestions and shared his honest opinions. We didn’t initially find what we were looking for, but Craig continued to search around the store and online for something that was more suitable. In the end, he guided us to the perfect pieces for our new home. He even helped us remotely as we needed to make a last minute change to our order. I would recommend him to anyone visiting the store. Thank you Craig and Steinhafels! We will return in the future!
I went with my mom so she could purchase living room furniture. First time for her in almost 30 years. She wanted my approval. I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person was really nice and he even remembered my mom from the day before!! We were done in less than an hour and my mom was very happy with her purchase.
I’ve been on the hunt for a dining room set for a while and have visited this store twice now, both times salesman Matt has been extremely helpful and amazing. I wanted to make sure I was buying something I was truly going to love and Matt was very accommodating and resourceful with every piece I looked at which was nearly every dining room set they have lol. This store by far has a lot of great choices and I even ended up buying a TV Mount for my living room. Everyone is extremely helpful and you can tell they all work as a team. Matt will be #1 to me though as he’s extremely patient and personable. Will be visiting again!
I saw a variety of items that I really liked. I’ve been searching for months. I’m glad I didn’t order anything online. I like Brick and mortar stores better than online store. You never know what you getting until you get.
Went into the store seeking a specific item. Mark stepped forward to assist and immediately directed us to the item we were looking for. As the item was going to be a gift, Mark explained both the return policy and thirty-day price guarantee. Being satisfied with both the item and the explanation, we completed the purchase. Mark wrapped the item for transport and offered to assist us with taking the item to our vehicle. We were pleased and impressed with the entire process and would certainly recommend Steinhafels to anyone.
Everyone greeted us and was very nice. They always check up on us once in a while to help out. Our Sales Assoc. Ben was exceptional and knowledgeable. Ben provided us the different options they have that were not on display and made the purchase/delivery process easy to follow.
Our salesman, Matt was great. Attentive and knowledgeable without being aggressive. Designer, Margaret honed in on the fact my husband and I have very different decorating ideas, and yet was able to blend them very well. Thankful for her assistance.
