Costco

Made an appointment for a hearing test two weeks ago, I had an appointment set up for 12 noon. I had their printed card with my appointment time. Got there, and when I tried to check in, I wasn't even in the system. At first, they just said, "Sorry, maybe we can get you in next week." I walked away quite disappointed. But then I went back and kindly expressed my disappointment, I had scheduled my whole day around this appointment. The hearing aid department Manager Amanda was very apologetic and called a store manager to explain the situation and see if there was something they could do for me. Jenn also was apologetic, and they did something very kind that made the whole matter end very nicely. I have an appointment now for next week, and everyone is smiling. The Menomonee Falls WI store is a great place with great employees and great service!

Great value for quality products. Service is always great. People go way beyond to please the customers. Kudos to the general manager and staff. The only negative is their phone store. I know it is not technically part of Costco, but they should have the same training for customer service.

We went to Costco yesterday and my sister really wanted Boba tea. So she asked a guy named Daniel I'm pretty sure. We all walk around there for a pretty long time but couldn't find it. He still kept looking for it for us. Finally he found it for us! He was SO kind to us.

Two friends are walking their dogs -- a Dalmatian and a Chihuahua -- when they smell something delicious coming from a nearby restaurant. The guy with the Dalmatian says, “Let’s get something to eat.” But the guy with the Chihuahua says, “We can’t go in there, we have dogs with us.” So the first guy says, “Just follow my lead.” He puts on a pair of sunglasses and walks into the restaurant. “Sorry,” says the owner, “no pets allowed.” “But this is my seeing-eye dog,” the guy with the Dalmatian says. “A Dalmatian?” “Yes, they’re using them now.” The owner says, “Very well, then, come on in.” The guy with the Chihuahua repeats the process and gets the same response from the owner: “Sorry, pal, no pets allowed.” “But this is my seeing-eye dog,” says the second guy. “A Chihuahua?” asks the incredulous owner. “A Chihuahua?!,” says the man in the dark glasses. “They gave me a Chihuahua?!”

Find a different location. Grafton and Pewaukee will treat you with courtesy and respect. Menomonee Falls Costco treats SELECTIVE customers as criminals. Be expected to have your costco card inspected at least three times in the store if you don't conform to their acceptable clientele. I refused to show my card the second time and the same select checkout person started jumping up and down screaming for a supervisor as though I was attacking her....just ludicrous. Only to watch an older couple checkout without being asked to see their card, followed by a nice Indian gentleman also being asked to have his card inspected. This must stop. Very selective policy application. The very nice lady signing receipts appologized for the checkout GUARDS attitude..as her childish behavior of shouting and jumping for card inspection was just beyond despicable.

Don't come here unless you don't mind being treated like a thief. You get your card checked at the entrance, checking out you get checked again to make sure you're the owner on the card, at self checkout the check your receipt even after that, mark the receipt, you think you don't have to get checked anymore at the exit but nope, they check your receipt AGAIN! Four times you get checked in this store as if they even got anything for you to steal after the registers. It's ridiculous. Not the type of treatment or customer experience you'd expect for spending 60+ on a membership card. You're better off going to Sam's Club at this point bc it's a one check only.

Don't shop here, they treat customers like criminals. I'm surprised they don't pat you down on way out. And the membership is more then twice the competition. They should be happy people are buying their products, which you need a overpriced membership to do, and for your trouble get harassed while in line. Worst experience ever from a members only club.

Just moved to Milwaukee from Washington state where there are a million Costcos. I checked out all 3 in the Milwaukee area. This one seems to have the best selection and I spent the most money at this location, but I had the worst experience here. The guy at the door was very rude about demanding to see my membership card and examined it like I was underage buying liquor. Then, a male customer said something under his breath to me and started laughing and shaking his head. I'm not sure if it was because my 3 year old and I were wearing masks why it should bother anyone else is a mystery to me, because my son is brown, or if people around that area are just a-holes, but it was weird. I did have good interactions with other employees inside the store. Maybe having the grumpy old card inspection guy at the front door the first moment you enter isn't their best move. My membership is up at the end of the month and I'm going to check out Sam's club instead. Costco isn't worth the membership anymore in my opinion.

So many choices of great food and products. I keep spending my money in the alcohol section though
