Since Dr King, Dr Berger, and all of their staff left, this office has gone completely down hill. Prior to my visit no one notified me that there was no hygienist and a temp dentist from Chicago. She did not do a thorough exam or a good job with the cleaning. During the 20 years at this practice, I never received a bill for preventive care not covered by insurance. Many messages were left with the billing department in the local and main office but no one returned my calls. Instead they sent the bill to a collection agency. I paid the bill but will never be back. The quality of care, customer service and office management are extremely poor. Addendum: The billing department called today to apologize and inform me that the payment I made would be credited back to me. I appreciate the apology and the bill reconciliation.

Imagine that!!! If you fire the well loved dentist who was the backbone of the practice then raise prices repeatedly……..the practice will not survive. Can’t say I      along with most of the patients was surprised. Actually I AM  surprised they were able to limp along as long as they did. Let this be a warning to any dentist who considers selling their practice to Elite!!

My first visit to Elite Dentistry went very smoothly. Everyone was courteous. Dr Berger listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them in a very satisfactory manner. I am happy to have been referred to Dr Beger’s practice.  Update - April 27, 2022 The above review was given when I saw Dr Berger and back then I gave it five stars. Unfortunately, he is no longer there neither is his wonderful staff. The dentist that temporarily took his place is very good and was attentive to my needs and courteous. My complaint is about Elite dentistry. They sent me a bill for the work done, which I paid in good faith, only to realize later that my insurance had reimbursed them and now they owe me money. I have been trying  to get my money back for the past six weeks to no avail. They have not returned my phone calls or my emails and have not sent me the money they owe me. Very unprofessional handling of the situation. So today I am giving them one star.

I miss Dr. King and much of the staff has transitioned as well... not as good as it was, okay as a dental office I guess.

As always a very fun place, super staff and very professional.

Such a gentle touch!  This guy is as smooth as a gravy sandwich.
