We offers a large variety of organic breads, bagels and spelt muffins. All our organic products are baked with organic whole grains, supporting local, certified organic farmers. We use heritage whole grains like Kamut and Spelt, and selected certified organic seeds and raisins. All our breads are baked with our very own sourdough cultures. The long fermentation process of the whole grain flour lowers the breads GI index significantly. Many of our customers with mild gluten sensitivity find they can tolerate our sourdough breads.
For people with Celiac disease and general gluten sensitivity we continuously increase our gluten free product line. Stickling's Gluten Free Pizza Crusts, Gluten Free Croutons and Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, as well as Gluten Free Pies are great tasting wheat free alternatives.
