After relocating west of the coast, I found it more difficult to do business with this bank on particular the Chickering road branch. Despite the pandemic, the branch on 133 is the only one with a drivethru and conducting business but this is the ONLY branch that actually charges me three dollars for a money order; Other one like Danvers, Beverly even Peabody and Lynn never have and were never an issue. Now I drive the distance to avoid this location.
Wonderful bank, wonderful people. Been with them since this location changed from Stoneham Savings many years ago. Very helpful and accommodating in person and over the phone!
best bank ever! They greet you by name and are extremely friendly. Great with teenagers who are new to banking as well! Highly recommend.
